Tai Massage

It’s very rare for me to leave a negative review online, but this time I feel like I need to speak up and share my experience. First, the staff at the front counter lacked basic customer service. Their facial expressions and attitude towards customers need improvement. A welcoming smile would make a big difference. Second, the shop has a sign that says “quiet area,” but the therapist who was treating me kept talking nonstop. They were having conversations over my head with the front desk staff, which was extremely annoying and unprofessional. Third, please consider changing the name of your business, because this is not what I would call a massage. It felt more like poking, pressing, and rubbing rather than proper massage techniques. At the beginning, the pressure was too strong, so I asked for it to be lighter—but that didn’t mean I wanted to be poked or lightly rubbed instead. I have never experienced a therapist using one hand to massage while using their phone with the other hand. It was very disappointing and a complete waste of money. I’ve never been to a place where I wanted to walk out before the session even finished.

Rude staff alert! We were really looking forward to getting a massage at Phuket domestic airport while we had time as our flight was delayed. We waited for over a couple of minutes in front of the receptionist for her to even look at us. She then looked at us and ignored us completely as if we were invisible! She continued to ignore us when I attempted to talk to her. It was obvious she was ignoring us intentionally. We decided to walk away after being treated like this. Extremely rude!

It’s a okay massage for an airport. Good place to go to kill some time before your flight. However, it could have been cleaner, and the lady at the front desk could have been nicer. It wasn’t really relaxing because of the noise and crowds. It was also busy. I would recommend this place for people who want to kill time before their flight ✈️

Exceptional massage. One of the best I’ve received while in Thailand. I got 30minutes feet and 15 minutes neck and shoulder. I was able to tell the therapist about my injuries from tripping yesterday and she found both spots and spent focused time on them. I appreciate that because a lot of times the therapists give you a basic massage and ignore your specifications. My knee and ankle feel better after the massage. Very grateful I stopped by here. Good customer service and good massage.

Good massage while waiting for the flight or delayed flight. Reasonable price at the airport, i booked foot massage 30 mins and very relaxing. Place is quite clean and always full of guest. They accept cash/QR code but cannot issue the bill which is a bit weird.

The service was extremely disappointing. The staff spoke to me with a bad attitude, as if she didn’t want to be there. No smile, no service mind, and her answers felt rushed and careless. It made the whole experience unpleasant.

This woman massaged like she hated me, her job, and the world. She didn't look at me, she spoke to her friend the whole time, she used her knuckles on me so hard that the top of my foot (the more sensitive part) was completely red. There is no gentle touch, no focus, no technique.. trust me. Spare yourself and just get a massage at your destination.

Not worth the price at all. No heart was put into this massage. But I guess in an airport, what other choice do you have... Cannot recommend this unless you're desperate to kill time and burn money.

This place is a bit expensive but understandable as it is located in the airport. So, no complaints about the price but wouldn’t it be better if the service itself gets improved? A foot massage service - as what “they” called is more like sliding and scrubbing your legs! I can confirm this is not what Thai people call massage. Terrible service ever.

Don't waste your time here thinking you will get to relax. All you get is just touching your leg or shoulders + they talk to each other. Whatever you are spending is not worth at all and have a massage before you come to airport. This is a scam and they should not be existing, a shame for Thai massages.
