There were only two massage therapists in the entire shop. With four of us, only two were available for massages. It's the off-season, so it's understandable they didn't want to allocate too much staff. However, the service itself wasn't great. 1. The towels and pillows on the massage bed had a strong odor, raising hygiene concerns. 2. The timing was inaccurate. Our one-hour massage started at 8:10 and ended at 9:00. Even with no other customers, they were still trying to cut corners, giving ten minutes less for a negative review. Was it worth it? 3. After the massage, the therapist just lay back in the chair and used their phone. Don't they care about their image? I'm giving an extra star because the therapist who massaged me used fairly strong pressure, but the overall experience definitely doesn't justify the original 4.8 rating.

We stayed at the Pullman and found this massage parlor on Google Maps. We decided to try it because the Pullman's massages are almost 4000 baht for an hour. The staff were excellent, friendly, and gave great recommendations. They massaged the right spots. My partner and I agreed that the massage was better than at Healthland Asoke. It really helped relieve my shoulder pain from helping with my sister's wedding. We would definitely use their services again if we're in Phuket.

I am relieved that the owner showed a reasonable understanding of the issue and offered an appropriate apology. As I have already finished my trip and returned home, I do not believe any further action, such as a refund, is necessary. However, I kindly ask that more careful attention be given to prevent similar situations from happening to other travelers in the future. Very convenient for the guests staying at the Pullman right opposite. The place is very clean, the team so kind and very good at what they do. Highly recommended.

Excellent massage. The best in Naithon in my opinion.

If you're staying at the Pullman Hotel, this is a great option. It's right in front of the hotel entrance, so it's easy to get a massage and then call a hotel cart to get you there. While the place is small, the staff are friendly and the massages are excellent.

The photo doesn't do it justice. The interior is dated. The girls are nice. We had a foot massage for an hour, with the whole family, and we'd give it a 4. We probably won't go back.
