I'd like to leave a review. I'm very unimpressed with the service and lack of expertise. 1. The nail technician made a customer bleed while cutting the cuticle on their left big toe. Instead of apologizing, wiping it clean, or applying something, they laughed. What was so funny? Good manners are important in the service industry. 2. Making a customer bleed while cutting their nails risks infection and other problems. If the equipment isn't clean enough, there's a high chance of infection. This should be considered. Don't try to cut cuticles that can't be cut. 3. They even used cream stuck under their own nails to apply to the customer. Hygiene and cleanliness = 0 points. Significant improvements are needed. I hope these improvements happen and no one else has to experience this. I hope I'm the last customer to encounter a technician cutting a customer's cuticles until they bleed, with reused equipment and minimal hygiene. Thank you.

So beautiful and affordable for me! This design was 750฿. The male nail technician did an amazing job, exactly like the reference picture. He also shaped my nails beautifully. I'll definitely be visiting often. The shop has a great atmosphere, very comfortable. After getting my nails done, I can easily go to the market to grab something to eat. The service was excellent, and they even provided water and snacks. 🩵
