They kept my car for a month and a half only to change brake sensor. They charged 8000 baht more than I approved. On pick up day they informed me that the AC doesn't work even though it worked when I left the car. When I came to get the car they asked me to wait one hour. I will never come back to this shop and don't recommend anyone to fix their car there.

Appointments don't mean anything here, they have their own procedure. Customers just have to keep their mouth shut and wait

My car stayed in the shop for 3 days to get fixed. One day after I got the car, the problem of my car is still there, they were not able to fix it so I went back and they told me to book for ankther day coz the queue for fixing is full. So I have to wait and come back for a couple of days to have it fixed and I have to wait another coupe of days until it is fixed…. And I did pay again though it was a backed-job coz they did not fix my car properly.

We went to this dealership, the gentleman was very professional and experienced. He was polite and spent a good while showing us all the models.

The service center staff informed me that the "charging station is unavailable" because I wasn't a customer coming in for repairs. They were concerned that parking late would obstruct traffic at the center, so they didn't allow me to charge at 8:34 AM, which was very disappointing. The charging station wasn't broken and was functioning fine, but the property owner simply didn't allow me to charge.
