During the initial sale, the store provided a good review and offered a special discount, so I decided to buy a dining table and chairs. However, when delivery arrived (an hour late), the items were terrible. The workmanship was poor, with scratches, rust, problematic joints everywhere, dents on every chair leg, and uneven stitching. Nothing was right. But the worst part was the person in charge. They asked me to send photos, which I did, and said they would handle everything and I shouldn't worry. When the new items arrived, I told them they could inspect them before unpacking, and they promised to do so. Then, when it was time to claim the replacement items, they arrived another hour late. Upon arrival, they said they would only replace the chairs; the table couldn't be replaced yet because they needed to take it back to inspect it, claiming the factory couldn't see the defects clearly. I offered to let them come to my house to see the quality, but they refused. This wasn't the case during our initial conversation; they didn't explain anything. The chairs that were delivered were still dented, just like before. When I asked if they had inspected the items beforehand, they said they had asked the factory, and they confirmed the inspection – it was like they were making empty promises. The store has now refunded me, but I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed. To be honest, this shop has the worst coordination and after-sales service I've ever encountered. 👎🏻

❌I bought a pull-out sofa, but it broke after being pulled out. The store had a technician repair it, but it broke again after about 3-4 repairs. The store won't let me exchange it, even though I've had it for less than a year. I'm already stressed out from all the repairs. I have to wait for the factory to process a warranty claim. I usually buy from this store regularly, but this will be my last time. They do take responsibility, but it's a very dismissive one. I don't recommend them.❌ The reason they won't exchange it because I bought it a while ago is because the store had a technician repair it, and the repair time keeps getting longer. If anyone encounters this problem, I recommend exchanging it from the start, not letting the technician repair it, because the store will use the old purchase date as an excuse.

They have a good selection of high-back office chairs at reasonable prices. The sales staff were helpful and provided good advice. I'll definitely come back to check out other products.
