I couldn't take it anymore. I came to try the 999 baht gua sha treatment that they promoted, but I found they were selling courses costing tens of thousands of baht. I didn't need any freebies or anything; I just wanted to try it. I felt very uncomfortable going in.

Run away!!! They're aggressively trying to sell you courses. You buy a Gua Sha massage for 999 baht, and then you have to sit through a sales pitch trying to sell you another course costing tens of thousands more!!

I called to book an appointment and spoke to a woman named Nam, whose manners were terrible. Please have the relevant manager take note of this. Her handling of customer requests was awful; she didn't listen to any feedback and just argued in a harsh, abrupt tone. Please have the relevant person or supervisor observe her behavior before other customers experience the same thing. Everything else was great; don't let one person ruin it.

1. I've had almost full-body physiotherapy sessions, about 7 times. The doctor was very attentive and gave excellent advice. They weren't stingy with their knowledge and treated the specific problems. They even provided exercises to do at home. Now, my back muscles and spinal joints are much better. My flexibility is improved, my back is much straighter, not hunched over like before treatment. The pain has decreased significantly, and my muscles are much softer. Before treatment, my whole body was stiff. 2. The clinic is clean, safe, and hygienic. The staff are friendly, polite, and very attentive.
