Our comprehensive service includes high-altitude cleaning, standard safety equipment, and trained personnel with certifications. We have been assessed as fully competency-based.
It was good. I learned about spa work, and my supervisor was very attentive. It was a new experience I'd never had before.
The customer service response via chat was terrible; they just repeated the same answers like a parrot. The admin didn't care about customer needs. Even though the staff on-site were good, if they can't answer questions beforehand, there's no need to use their service. They didn't even call back as requested. They really need to improve their service.
They are deducting social security contributions from employees over 60 years old, even though they are past the age at which they should be deducting them. I've followed up twice, but to no avail. This is clearly exploitation.
