The masseuse was excellent, but the massage bed provided by the shop was terrible. It was practically brand new, like an extra bed near the stairs to the second floor, with no air conditioning, only a fan. It was incredibly hot! I was sweating profusely during the massage. I opted for a one-hour oil and one-hour Thai massage. I had to lift my shirt at the back, but couldn't close the curtain for privacy because the fan was blowing directly onto the side. Male and female customers walking by could see everything. Upon arrival, the masseuse said the beds were full and we'd have to be split, which wasn't a problem for us, but we didn't expect to be assigned that bed. We booked about two hours in advance, and the shop should have handled this better. There are actually rooms on the first floor at the back, but they weren't open. I asked the masseuse, and she said it was only for couples (which we were). I understand the promotional price, but other customers were paying the same price. If the shop dares to set this price, they must be taking this risk. No customer should have to lie down like that during the massage. I didn't complain to the masseuse because it wasn't her fault. I planned to complain to the owner after the massage, but they weren't there. Please improve this aspect of the shop.

The masseuses were constantly on their phones, not concentrating on the massage at all. They were talking loudly, the sound echoing throughout the shop despite the sign requesting quiet. Customers arriving early were also scolded by the masseuses. Terrible service.
