I walked into the shop and the staff were sitting on the sofa by the door playing on their phones. There was no greeting whatsoever; I even thought they were asleep. I had to walk further inside to see if there were any other staff members before they finally got up from the sofa to greet me. The pedicure and manicure were done simultaneously. They kept having me move my hands back and forth while they sat in the same spot, not moving to the other side – very strange. The nail shape should have been properly filed, not spread out at the tips. The French manicure lines were also uneven on each finger. I regret spending almost 5,000 baht; it wasn't worth the price. The service was very mediocre. I'll have to find another shop to fix it.

This nail salon is located in the basement of Central Westgate and has been open for about a year. I only recently had the chance to use their services. I must say I was impressed with the two staff members who took excellent care of the customers. The salon was clean, and the service fees were standard – not too cheap, but not excessively expensive either. They also offered complimentary water and fruit juice to welcome customers. My suggestion is that they should play some soft music to create a nice atmosphere, as the salon was a bit too quiet.

Today I came for a hand and foot spa and nail polish application. The staff member was so lovely. I was having trouble choosing a color because there were so many similar shades. She showed me different colors before starting and let me see which one I liked. She even let me change the color if I didn't like it. The Jo Malone spa scent was amazing!

It was very average. The salon was clean, but the technician wasn't meticulous or professional. The color wasn't evenly applied, and they didn't clean my hands and feet after the manicure. Even though I didn't get a spa treatment, I had my nails done both hands and feet for 400 baht. They just used a nail file without softening them beforehand. If they do it like this, my nails will become very thin. I recommend getting your nails cleaned elsewhere beforehand. I spent over 2000 baht in total and felt it wasn't worth it at all.

The nail polish application was beautiful and meticulous, but the cuticle trimming was unacceptable. They cut so hard that my feet bled and it stung when I cleaned it with alcohol. At first, I thought it wouldn't be a big deal and let it go, but after one night, it's inflamed. The price was high, but this is unacceptable. The spa treatment, nail polish application, and foot polish removal cost almost 3,000 baht. This inflammation is very serious. I've been to many salons, and none have ever cut the skin so hard that it bled and became inflamed like this.

Excellent service at every level; I was very impressed.
