DON'T deserve even 1 star but at least they paid money back when the service hadn't provided as agreed at the first place so give 1 star for that BUT still DON'T recommend TO USE this agency why ? because ... 1. we booked the bus and confirmed in advance for like a week, but they DIDN’T advise driver info for us and let us find out by ourselves that they also CAN’T contact the driver too (on the pick up date that we already confirmed in advance !! ) so, MOST of the guests that wait for the bus almost miss the flights and some MISS the flights. 2.the only explanation for this case provided was “it's a force majeure” what do you want us to do ?? because we can't contact driver . This response is unacceptable and does not reflect the professionalism expected from a company with years of experience in this business. 3.NEVER SAY or show sincere apologize to customer and talked with kind of rude to customer on the phone. Terrible service and totally lack of service mind.

I booked a driver and a commuter van transport for a day trip to Kanchanaburi Safari Park and Wat Srisathong. The driver Aod, although cannot speak English, was polite and competent. Our trip went smoothly without hiccups. The van interiors was so clean and opulently furnished. The comfortable chairs helped us rest well between destinations. We had a very safe, comfortable and pleasant ride with Saswadee Thailand Travel!

Why does this company hire someone with such a bad attitude and a foul mouth? Everyone, think carefully before using this tour company. Mr. Narin Chanda, the driver, has a terrible personality and a foul mouth. I repeat, think carefully before using this tour company! ❗️❗️❗️❗️

The staff members were all lovely...very friendly and fun...and took excellent care of us.
