Instead of answering my questions professionally, the staff resorted to polite but condescending remarks just because I asked too many questions. ​On top of the terrible service mind, the highlights were done very unprofessionally. The coloring is completely uneven, with randomly thick and thin patches throughout my hair. A professional salon should deliver both high-quality service and technical expertise, but this place failed at both."

I tried getting my hair cut and styled at this salon. The staff were lovely, the salon was beautiful, and the service was great. However, there was a bit of a wait, so it's best to book in advance. I got my hair cut by Gotti, who was incredibly nice. He cut my hair exactly as shown in the reference picture and even gave me easy styling tips. I'll definitely go back again.

I used to like getting my hair colored here (about a year ago), but my last visit was a complete disappointment. They bleached my hair once and then colored it, but it came out an orange-pinkish color when I left the salon—nearly the color I wanted. Even after getting home, I still had clumps of black hair at the front (which is even worse than the color itself). I understand there are few stylists and the salon is busy, but I wish the stylists would provide better service instead of just letting the assistants do it. Now, after washing my hair twice, the orange tint is gone, and I have to wait for my hair to recover before I can get it colored again. And those black clumps at the front are the worst part.

I had the opportunity to get my hair straightened at a salon in Talad Phra Pin 3 with stylist Taeng. Taeng provided excellent service, paying attention to every detail of the customer. She was very thorough and gave advice on how to care for my hair. I was very satisfied and will definitely go back to the salon again if I have the chance.
