💬 What reviewers say
The service from the owner wasn't as bad as the reference picture itself. When sending the reference, they didn't inform us that they didn't have the same color or couldn't do it. When it didn't match, they said the picture had been color-corrected and couldn't be exactly the same.🤨 We had to tell the painter to mix the closest color possible. And when they quoted the price, they quoted a different price. When it came time to pay, they added an extra 50 baht, saying that the ombre color was done three times and required extra payment. Even though the painter was the one doing it, how would we, the customers, know how many times it was done? The painter applied and erased almost ten times because they didn't know how to do ombre color. They sat there for two hours. When we asked the painter if there was an extra charge, they said they would inform the owner. After the work was finished, the owner rushed out and said there was an extra charge. The painter didn't dare say anything. We decided to pay because we didn't want to argue anymore and didn't want to be there anymore. If the owner doesn't believe that the painter applied and erased multiple times, they can check the CCTV footage. But if they don't have cameras, I recommend installing them so you can see how the painter works, instead of getting emotional with the customer. We could afford to pay only 50 baht. We just felt like they took advantage of the customer a little. **Correction to the owner's response:** We used "ka" and "kha" (polite particles in Thai) with the painter in every sentence. You weren't even there because you were sitting behind the curtain. You didn't even come to see the situation. You didn't even see the painter erasing the polish because you were out. You only came out and said, "The color is similar." When you came back, you asked the painter why it took so long. When the painter said they were doing an ombre effect three times, you said you had to pay extra without asking the painter why it was done three times or about the problems that arose. In the end, the color wasn't exactly the same, but the ombre or overall result was about 80% similar, which is acceptable. Is it strange for a customer to want a color based on a reference? If you thought the color wasn't available and the painter couldn't do it from the start, you should have informed me, since I sent the reference when I booked. I've been getting my nails done for a long time and have never encountered anything this bad. And regarding you saying I'm not normal, I think if anyone else experienced this, they wouldn't be normal either. You're probably the only normal one.
This was my first time getting my nails done here. I saw it was near my house; I usually go to a salon near my workplace. When I went to get my old polish removed, the technician (who said she wasn't usually at this branch) said my old salon did a terrible job, that the nail cuticles were peeling off on every nail, etc. I was too lazy to argue, saying it was almost two months ago and I wasn't too bothered if the cuticles were peeling. I thought she must be an expert, giving advice like, "Good salons don't let the cuticles peel," etc. Here's the condition of my nails after two weeks: the cuticles aren't peeling, but they're peeling. The price wasn't cheap either. They charged extra for white polish, saying it was difficult to apply (I was confused, I'd never seen that before). And they said one color comes from many countries and different grades.
This is my go-to salon; I get my nails done every month. The owner, P'Ri, is so kind and attentive to every detail. And Fern, the nail technician, always creates beautiful nails that match my reference images perfectly every time. 🤍✨ …
The staff were very attentive 😊 and the result is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The owner was also lovely and friendly 😍 ✨🐶✨ I'll definitely come back again ✨🐶✨
Foot spa service is excellent, and men can do it too.
