Talanda Massage & Relax

This was my first time using their service. I had a neck, shoulder, and back massage, and it was excellent! I felt so relaxed. They also provided tea and snacks, which was great.

My mom is a frequent customer because she has a regular therapist, but yesterday she called to book an appointment at 10 am, and the staff told her to come at 10:30 am. She thought the shop had changed its opening hours. When she arrived, she asked the massage therapist about the opening hours, and they said it's normally 10 am. The therapist said the receptionist told her that 10 am was too early because they weren't ready yet, so they told her to come at 10:30 am instead. My mom told me about it, and she wasn't happy with this, especially since she's a regular customer and her 10 am appointment is convenient for her, not for the staff.

I used their Thai massage service at this shop. The masseuse's name is Auntie Jung, and she gave a great massage. I will definitely be a regular customer.
