Amazing service, prices are good!

I go to this shop often, every week with my boyfriend. I like getting my neck, shoulder, and back massage from a therapist named Fah. I always book in advance. My boyfriend prefers the Thai oil massage with another therapist whose name I can't remember, but they are all very skilled and lovely. The staff are very kind; they always ask if I have any pain or discomfort. The counter service is easy to understand and not complicated. If I remember correctly, the counter staff member named Ploy often brings me snacks and coffee when I visit, and we've become quite close. They recommend the therapists well and speak very politely. It's a shop I go to very often, and the massage prices are good. I go with my boyfriend every week. I like this place because the massage rooms are spacious, clean, and smell nice with herbal scents.

Terrible experience. Both the staff and the counter staff were passing the buck, misunderstanding each other, and then yelling and snarling at me, even though they were the ones who said that you could change therapists for aromatherapy massages but not for Thai massages. I didn't even need to change the therapist; I just walked in and they changed me right away before I even started the massage. When I asked the therapist, she said that changing therapists meant changing the entire package and paying extra. I said okay. Then, after a while, she came back and said I couldn't change therapists. I was confused because she had just said I could. I don't know the shop's policy, but the therapist yelled at me, accusing me of telling the staff downstairs. It's baffling. In short, do the therapists and the counter staff not communicate with each other? One visit is enough for this shop. Think carefully before you consider going there.
