We'd like to share our experience, which will likely be the last time we take our cat to a grooming shop (any shop) again. We took our cat for a bath, and afterwards we went out to eat. Then we received a phone call saying our cat had lost three of its claws. How would you feel? We think we were very kind; we didn't yell or make a fuss, but do you know how upset we were? We cried the whole time. We blamed ourselves for bringing our cat to the groomer. All we received was an apology. We paid the regular bath fee and then took our cat to the vet for medication and wound treatment. There was no contact to inquire about our cat's condition. As someone in the service industry, we understand it might have been an accident, but how do you handle a problem after it happens? What if the owner wasn't us, but someone else? They probably wouldn't have let it go so easily. You understand how we feel. Oh, and the vet said only one claw came off; the other two were cut into the flesh. *This should be a good lesson for both us and you.* We tried to think that maybe our cat is very stubborn, but we didn't think it would be this bad (we've taken her to other grooming shops before). I took my cat to this clinic for treatment. Initially, we agreed on 800 baht. During the procedure, they sent a video saying it was very difficult and asked for an additional 200 baht, bringing the total to 1000 baht. I didn't mind paying that, but the video showed how violently they treated my cat. Everyone loves their cat, right?
