This is a repair shop that accepts many insurance companies. I've used their services for insurance claims before, and the process was very easy and hassle-free.

The painting work was completed faster than scheduled. The contractors were excellent. We asked them to pay attention to minor details, and they willingly did so to ensure a neat and beautiful finish.

The rear bumper on my Fortuner was replaced, but the workmanship isn't very good. The area under the taillights isn't properly seated on either side.

The paint repair was okay, but they didn't polish or smooth the surface before handing over the car. When I received it, the paint surface was rough all over. Even polishing didn't remove it; it looked like paint overspray from another car. The workshop should have done a complete paint job to the same standard as when I brought the car in. At least other areas of the paint should be glossy, smooth, and not rough to the touch, because before the work, the entire car was shiny. It would have been better to wait for a proper repair than to waste time getting it redone later.
