Scope for Improvement !! Suite 2409 Stay - 3rd to 10 th July The Roys The hotel is excellent. Excellent service and warm attentive care by the staff. Breakfast is fabulous. Location is unbeatable. Beautiful rooms and amazing view. The only are that needs attention is the boat service. It is extremely ill managed. The timing for the boat to sathorn pier is not fixed and the boat crew cannot manage it properly. They left us stranded at the pier for almost an hour because they forgot to come to the sathorn pier. Will be visiting again ..so hope that the boat service improves soon !! All in all .. very happy with the hotel ... had an amazing stay and looking forward to the next visit !!

A stay that exceeded even our highest expectations We booked The Peninsula Bangkok because of its incredible reputation for service, so we arrived with very high expectations. Somehow, they didn't just meet them—they exceeded them in every possible way. From the moment we checked in until the day we sadly had to leave, every single person we encountered made us feel like royalty. The front desk team, housekeeping, the restaurant and bar staff, and the hotel managers all went out of their way to make our stay special. It's the little things that really set this hotel apart. Every detail has been carefully thought through, and there always seemed to be another thoughtful gesture waiting to bring a smile to our faces. Everyone was genuinely kind, warm and welcoming, making us feel less like guests and more like family. We honestly can't say enough good things about our stay. If we'd been allowed, we would have happily moved in! A heartfelt thank you to everyone at The Peninsula Bangkok for making our visit so memorable. We sincerely hope to be back again one day.

Our stay at The Peninsula Bangkok was outstanding. While it was sadly only a one-night visit, we already know this will be our go-to hotel next time. The gym and wellness facilities are beautiful, and the team provides world-class service-genuine, welcoming, and showing the utmost professionalism. Big thanks to the two gentlemen at the wellness counter for their lovely hospitality! The breakfast buffet was another highlight; the food quality, presentation, and flavors were absolutely phenomenal. Highly recommended.

The Peninsula Bangkok – 10/10 Experience An outstanding stay from start to finish. The airport transfer and arrival were handled with professionalism and genuine warmth, setting the tone immediately. Our room offered a beautiful view over the Chao Phraya River towards the Mandarin Oriental—watching the river traffic was a highlight. The shuttle boats between the hotels were a lovely and very convenient touch. The concierge team arranged a fantastic temple tour, and their recommendations (including afternoon tea at the Mandarin Oriental and drinks at the Bamboo Bar) made our stay even more special. A heartfelt thank you to Mo, who accompanied us during departure and guided us through the entire airport process. This level of care is exceptional—we felt better looked after than on most first-class journeys. Truly flawless. Highly recommended.

We recently revisited The Peninsula Bangkok, our umpteenth stay over the past ten years and once again the hotel exceeded every expectation. It is remarkable how consistently exceptional this property remains, a true testament to its people, its standards, and its unwavering commitment to genuine hospitality. A very special mention must go to the breakfast team, who continue to set the benchmark for warmth and professionalism. Mr. Yuth, the manager, leads with grace, and his wonderful staff Ms. Barnard, Shashura, Sharine, Krit, Clyde and many others made every morning a pleasure. The chefs deserve equal praise: the food offering was wide, beautifully presented, and of the highest standard, just as we have come to expect from The Peninsula. By the pool, we were looked after with smiles and kindness even in the intense heat. Our sincere thanks to Twiz and Wanchai, whose attentiveness made our afternoons by the river especially enjoyable. At reception, Ms. Nasim (Supervisor) and Ms. Bow welcomed us with warmth and efficiency, ensuring everything ran smoothly from the moment we arrived. We also want to acknowledge the wonderful staff at the door, in-room dining, concierge, the bars, and the entire housekeeping team every interaction was marked by professionalism and genuine care. And of course the rooms themselves remain one of the best in Bangkok offering a breathtaking view of the Chao Phraya River that never loses its magic, no matter how many times we return.
