I brought my dad in for a massage and booked one for myself too. We both had the 90 minute aroma massage and it was such a lovely, relaxing experience. The space was calm and welcoming, and everything felt very professional. My massage with Kun Oy คุณอ้อย was amazing, and my dad really enjoyed his massage with Kun Sauy คุณสวย. We both left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Both therapists were both wonderful and made our experience so enjoyable. Exceptional customer service. We will definitely come back! Highly recommend! Special thanks to Kuhn Bas คุณบาส for the information and for preparing everything ahead of time to make the experience smooth for us. The receptionists were so warm and welcoming, which made a great first impression.

A excellent place for massage, especially you stay at Shangri-La, 3 mins by walk. Charoen provided the service was very helpfulness to arrange skillful massage therapist, very enjoyable!

My husband and I received the 90 Hot Aromatherapy Massage and wow!!! 😭😭My massage was incredible. I had a tight spot in my back for months and I would feel it every time I breathe, but she healed me today!! Slow and very firm and deep pressure and slowly I felt my body begin to loosen up. I come to Bangkok regularly. This is my go to place for a relaxing massage. Moji was amazing. Gentle but firm touch. Recommend over and over again.

Nui and Pat worked on my feet together for an hour! Nui painted my toenails on one foot while Pat gently massaged my other, it’s was a combination of skill and artistry with beautiful results. The environment they’ve created here is peaceful and the staff is very kind. They took us in as a walk in with no reservations, so easy. ขอบคุณค่ะ !

A massage shop located in the Bangrak area. All chairs are in the same room and along the walkway to the upper floors, so it’s quite noisy with customers and staff talking. The staff also chat with each other during the massage, which affects the relaxation experience. Overall, the service is good but could be improved by addressing these issues. Not sure if my original review was taken down, but if it was — don’t be surprised why the rating here might seem higher than the actual experience.

Came to Siam Serene Massage to recover after a long travel day on my first trip to Bangkok. The massage was excellent and exactly what I needed to relax and recharge. The facilities were very clean and the staff was welcoming. Five stars!

This was the best massage I’ve ever had. It was recommended both by my family who had visited before and by the hotel. The front of house staff were very friendly and attentive. Very beautifully done. We Opted for the 60minute aromatherapy couples massage and it was soft and strong at the same time. Can’t recommend it highly enough. Fantastic!!!!
