"Relaxing hair wash," but I didn't feel relaxed at all. Parking was inconvenient; I had to park at the 7-Eleven and walk to the salon. Before the service, the staff asked me to silence my phone, but once in the washing room, the sound of the stylists working—drilling and hammering—was extremely loud. The washing room lacked privacy; there were only curtains on the sides, and I had to change on the bed. Other people could see me from the opposite side. The aromatherapy oil used had almost no essential oil scent. The massage was different from all the other massages I've had. There was hardly any massage at all; it was mostly just scratching, which made my scalp sting. When it did get into the massage part, it was just the same old kneading motion, lacking the massage techniques other places offer. After the wash and blow-drying, my hair was extremely oily. This was probably due to too much conditioner being applied to my scalp or the shampoo being too mild to remove the oil. I ended up having to go to another salon for a second wash because I had a dinner appointment afterward. A real waste of money. I've had massages at many places before, but this was the worst experience.

I visited for the first time today and was very impressed. The staff provided excellent service and gave great recommendations. I felt truly relaxed with the hair, face, neck, shoulder, and back massage, as well as the herbal compress. I also got a great promotional price. It's a small shop but the service is superb and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend it. The shop is also very clean.
