Walked in randomly even though prices were higher than other stores, something drew me in. And I must say im so glad I did. The welcome by the therapist, their professionalism and skill, the rooms are enclosed, private and sound proof unlike other massage shops where curtains seperate you and all you can hear is therapist talking to eachother. The spa and rooms are clean and well presented, the treatment mats a thicker and alot more comfortable, the airconditioning set to a comfortable temperature. Its calming, peaceful, clean, comfortable with excellent therapist training and technique. The whole experience was just magical. And at the end I even recieved a mini mango sticky rice ❤️ A big thank you to Pookie who is an excellent therapist with such a wonderful soul, perfect for her role as a caring skilled therapist. Highly recommend Let's Relax Spa.

My therapist was incredibly professional—she asked about my tension areas and adjusted the pressure throughout the session, working out all the knots in my shoulders and back. The entire facility was spotless, and the private treatment room felt peaceful and private. After the massage, the signature mango sticky rice and warm herbal tea were the perfect way to end the experience. No pushy sales, no awkward moments—just pure relaxation. If you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality spa in Thailand, this is a must-visit. 10/10, would absolutely recommend to friends!

My first Thai Aromatherapy Oil Massage experience in Bangkok, and it was fantastic! The ambience, customer service, and treatment were all excellent and worth every penny. Jenjira was attentive and knew exactly the right amount of pressure to apply throughout the session. The delicious mango sticky rice served afterwards was the perfect finishing touch. Highly recommended!

Environment is very clean and cozy. The therapists are very well-trained. We choose the Dream package, and it is very value for money. The mango sticky rice is a bonus! Highly recommended!

I came 2 days straight! That’s how amazing this place is. Very conveniently situated right across Icon Siam, located on the same side as ICS. I came in the morning as less people and less crowded. The staff at the counter are amazing very nice and polite. The therapists I got on both days were amazing. Definitely doesn’t disappoint.

The atmosphere inside is very pleasant, with a fresh and refreshing scent. The reception staff are polite, well-mannered, and friendly. The massage service is excellent—I’m very impressed. The mango sticky rice is absolutely delicious.

I had a wonderful experience here. The staff were extremely attentive and professional from start to finish. Everything was very clean, well-organized, and the quality of the massage was excellent. You can really tell they care about both hygiene and customer comfort. Definitely one of the best places I’ve tried — highly recommended!

I walked in with no appointment and they were able to fit me for the dream package. While she was washing my feet prior to the session, I was handed a tablet to mark which areas to focus on or avoid and preferred pressure. During the massage, she kept checking if I was okay and was very careful with putting the blanket back on places she wasn’t working on. The massage was very relaxing and the overall service was amazing! The decor in the rooms were nice but be advised that there’s only a thin fabric between each client so there’s not too much privacy if that’s what you want. I was given a drink before going into the session while I waited and mango sticky rice after the treatment. I will definitely come back here again!

visited on 26 dec, 9-10.30pm. :) honestly, i’m not a fussy person when it comes to massages. but this place far exceeded any expectations. i wanted to book the dreamy package, which includes head & shoulders massage, hand massage, foot massage, and a mango sticky rice at the end. i was served by the receptionist with glasses (didn’t get her name) and massage therapist wilawal. wilawal was very sweet and checked on me if i fidgeted during the massage. she was very gentle!! as i wear an anklet and a necklace, i could feel her gently move it away before pressing the spots. it was very thoughtful of her. the mango sticky rice was super nice!!! and the tea was really good too. definitely will come back.
