Marrakesh Exclusive Spa Pinklao

Today I try the Volcano Spa after seeing an advertisement on their Facebook page. I was interested, so I contacted them to make a reservation. The staff called to confirm my appointment and was very friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations. When I arrived for the spa, I immediately felt relaxed and comfortable. The staff were lovely and provided warm, friendly service throughout the session. I truly enjoyed the experience. I will definitely come back again. The price is very reasonable for the quality of service—it’s absolutely worth it. Highly recommended! 😊😊

I visited this place due to Facebook adds that it's cheaper but when I come there it's only a bait. Sales person came looking for credit card lol! Packages shoeing to me ranges 12,000 till it gets down 3,500 for volcanic spa for 20-30minutes . Another lady came in she said get my credit card to the car and show my Facebook she will give it for free. But how come you believe IF the adds they shown to public is just to invite people to come and visit their place just to sell high prices of spa. My purpose there is to put to my YouTube channel for free while I will pay at the same time. Their place is good inside many sales agent they're all looking at you if your Hi-So or not ! Lmao

The spa is beautiful and the staff are very helpful. However, I felt pressured by the sales staff. I understand it's their job, but when you go to a spa, you want to relax. They could try out treatments after the service is finished (because when I booked, I already knew what treatments were included and the prices). They could let me try the treatments first and decide. If I liked them and they were good, I could buy more treatments myself. But it felt pressured and annoying from the moment I entered the spa. It felt like I was more stressed than I expected. P.S. I initially thought about returning if I had the time, but after experiencing the sales staff's dismissive attitude and their way of talking to other staff members without making a sale, I decided it was better that I didn't buy any more treatments.

Thanks to the recent Health Week (January 22-24), I was invited to a free health checkup by Marrakesh Executive Spa. The checkup included 19 blood tests and an eye exam, all completely free. A specialist doctor interpreted the results for me. Thank you for this wonderful opportunity. The staff were very attentive. Knowing the test results is great for preventative care and anti-aging prevention. 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

Today I had the Diamond Ultra Lift treatment and the results were amazing! My cheeks were sagging and my jawline was undefined before, but after the treatment, my jawline is much more defined. Importantly, it wasn't painful at all! The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. 😍 …

Today I had the opportunity to visit the Central Pinklao branch and felt great from the moment I walked in. All the staff greeted me with bright smiles. They welcomed me with a refreshing, fragrant bael fruit juice. The service area was clean, the staff were very knowledgeable, explaining the products used, and were very friendly. I highly recommend everyone try their service.
