The shoe and hat spa service, along with garment repair and restoration, is excellent and very clean. The shop owner is easy to talk to and friendly. I recommend giving it a try.

I ordered on November 12th. The shop said they needed to bleach it for 1000 baht, taking 4-7 days. I messaged them on the 19th but got no reply, so I had to message again on the 20th. If I hadn't followed up, I wouldn't have gotten anything. Finally, they replied that it needed to be dyed black, taking another 7-14 days and costing an additional 2000 baht. I actually received the item on December 9th, but the logo was incomplete; several items were missing the color. I feel the shop was careless and didn't pay attention to detail.

Very good place. I went with the old bag (loewe puzzle) with post war condition that smell like dust and fungi. Trust me, i tried everything already e.g. perfume, smell reduction product. Nothing work. This place just resurrected this bag. Plus with add on water proof skin. Good hospitality, high specialisation. They know what they are doing. Of cos it isnt 2000 THB but ur bag cost much more than that.

I sent my little sister to get a bath and when I came back, I was shocked. It felt like I had just bought a new bag. Her face was dark when she went, as if she had been cursed. Now it's brighter and smells even better than when she bought it. 😂 The service is excellent. They offer pick-up and drop-off at a time convenient for the customer. The admins are friendly and responsive in chats. They take great care of their customers and are attentive. 😍
