The staff were all lovely, attentive, and professional, and the service was seamless throughout. Very happy with my Endotine facelift results as well. Truly impressed overall ✨

Amazing service from the staff . Met Dr Beam who provided all explanation about the past surgery and discussion to lessen all my concerns . I tried facelift massage today which was wonderful and the therapist is very professional. Quite a relaxation . The clinic itself is clean and spacious. Wonderful in all .

I don’t know how this clinic gets such good reviews , I contacted them and they are very unprofessional in their responses. They do not listen to any of my questions and instead send automated computer generated replies, like you are placing an order for food. They answer questions without providing answers. You question their credibility because they provide so little information and make you feel anxious. Their high prices do not reflect their poor customer service. They required a 5,000 baht prior deposit for a 3 month wait to get an office consultation appointment, I don’t know if this is how Thai culture does business but in the USA regardless of how prestigious you perceive yourself to be you don’t get money wiithout first talking to the doctor first. We don’t send random deposits to anyone without physical contact, that feels more like a scam way of doing business. I understand that they need to be compensated for their time but payment typically comes after the consultation visit not 3 months before. Frankly , I wouldn’t proceed doing any thing with them even if their services were free of charge at this point . This is your face you are asking them to work on and not some old pair of shoes that you don’t value , you need to earn your credibility with more than just Google reviews and a nice office. First impressions and excellent customer service ( effective communication) and high quality work are how you command premium prices, if you have confidence in the value of the services you provide you don’t require payment first . They treat you like they don’t value your business or your concerns and that they are too important to earn your business .

I'm so impressed! I made the right decision choosing Endotine eyebrow lift with Dr. Baimon at Beam Plastics Surgery. Before the procedure, I had drooping eyebrows, making my eyes look sad and tired all the time. But after the procedure, my face looks brighter and much younger.
