Hidden gem great massages and inexpensive

Let me preface this by saying I've been to this massage parlor more than 10 times, and I've always been happy with the service. However, this will be my last time here. Normally, I request a "neck, shoulder, and back" massage, and the parlor always uses oil to release tension. This time, despite clearly stating that I wanted a "neck, shoulder, and back" massage, the masseuse didn't use any oil at all. The result was a massage that felt like a regular Thai massage. Only a tiny amount of balm was applied in the last 5 minutes, making the massage very stiff – which is not what I wanted. What was even worse was the way the counter staff handled it. I asked if they usually use oil for neck, shoulder, and back massages, and the employee replied, "Yes." I then explained that the masseuse didn't use any oil this time, but I was asked, "Did you inform the masseuse?" I had told her from the beginning, and the counter staff even reminded the masseuse again that it was a "neck, shoulder, and back" massage before she went upstairs. Furthermore, when I was paying, the counter staff claimed that the oil had been mixed into the balm, which I can confidently say is not true. I've been coming here frequently, since Nuch was still the masseuse, and each time I received a full back and arm massage with oil. I am extremely disappointed. My aunt and younger brother used to frequent this place, but after this, our whole family has stopped coming. Anyone considering this place should think carefully, because you might pay a higher price for a massage but receive a completely different service for a lower price. :) For anyone considering this place, you may end up paying for one type of massage but receiving a completely different service instead!
