Excellent service from start to finish. The welcome drink and refreshing cold towel were a thoughtful touch that set the tone for a relaxing experience. I chose the 1.5-hour aromatherapy massage, and it was excellent. The massage room was cozy, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this place.

Ok SPA service with nice staffs and good design place. Good relaxing and easy to access by both BTS or MRT.

It’s better to provide more healthy drink and the snack other than Sugar added drinks and dried fruits in the spa. It seems they are not looking for repeat customers who really know about good spa, as there are plenty of foreigners using the service from the hotel.

Had a super relaxing 3 hour spa treatment here. Felt very refreshed when the spa was done. Before the treatment, they’d ask you to fill up a form for your preferences etc. Really worth every baht!

One if the best spa massage I have ever received. Very nice crew. Outstanding place with plenty of little attentions that make you feel great. I strongly advise the aromatherapy massage which is a mix between traditional relaxing massage and Thai techniques. A bit pricey for Bangkok but worth it. Outstanding.

Went to try it out first for a deep tissue massage, which was very relaxing and a few days later to Thai massage. Simply amazing, got rid of the knots on my back and felt like a newborn after the massage. Highly recommend.

Disappointed with the experience. The masseuses are not skillful, especially when compared with the price you pay for. The good things are their service mind and the ambience. But as a local who is a massage lover, they really need to improve the skills.

It was such a relaxing experience, the ambience was conducive and dimly lit to loosen one up. I did an hour of scrub with lemongrass essential herbs followed by 1.5 hrs of aromatherapic massage, the pressure applied was apt and I thoroughly enjoyed my session.

1 star for the service provided by inexperienced new staff member for a 3500thb package on 05.08.2019 10.30 am Not first time going here, even bought their 40,000thb membership few years ago. It has become just horrible with how their are managing/train new staff... Keep doing like this and its heading downhill.... We stayed in room 806 that time of our visit.

Ms Sun is exceptionally good. I feel like I got a new body after the massage. Highly recommend!
