When there are long queues, a queuing system should be implemented for those waiting. Today, I went for a massage and saw someone who arrived later get massaged before me. I saw them ask about the queue, leave their bag, go to the restroom, and then come back to sit next to me. When the masseuse called my number, I thought it was my turn, but the person next to me got massaged first. When I suggested to the masseuse that they issue a queuing system, the masseuse inside shouted that the person had arrived earlier and booked a long time ago. Who would believe someone saying that verbally? I recommend implementing a queuing system for large numbers of customers. It's fairer and provides proof of appointment. If you can't think of an idea, look at the queuing system used at banks or buffet restaurants. Don't just shout out who arrived first or last!

I'm a regular customer here and I like to buy 2-4 jars of lemongrass balm at a time. However, the store doesn't have bags for me, and this has happened three times now. My bag is already full, so I have to go to 7-Eleven to get a bag for the balm. This isn't acceptable.

I booked a two-hour massage, but had to stop early because it was incredibly painful. The middle-aged male masseur politely told me about 20 times to massage more gently, but he kept going back to the same pressure. I had to keep telling him to lessen it before he went back to being rough again. It wasn't a massage; it was like he was pressing hard with his thumbs and elbows. Even when I told him it hurt, he wouldn't stop. I was so confused and frustrated. It was beyond a proper massage. And the massage itself was haphazard. He even messed up my hair! I've never seen anything like it before. It was like he was washing my hair. This was the worst massage I've ever had.

Ming is a great masseuse. I was impressed with her skills on my first visit and will definitely come back.

I went back to Thailand for a visit to Bangkok. I dropped off a friend at the Nakhonchai Air bus station on Kamphaeng Phet Road and took the opportunity to get a massage. I got both a foot and a body massage. If you like a strong, deep-tissue massage, I highly recommend the male masseur (I forgot to ask his name). He was excellent; his pressure was great, and he hit the right spots to relieve my tension. All the staff were friendly, polite, and lovely. The service was great, and the prices were good too.
