it’s funny to read the reviews here…. if you don’t want to come frequently don’t. to rate the place because of that with one star is not appropriate. You can pay the normal price for a one time or you can buy a subscription and get up to 60% discount - for us living in this area it’s great since many years! There’s no question we are happy being offered this subscriptions - it’s a one time upfront payment and you can decide how much. Back to the most important thing: the quality of the massages which is really good to excellent. If somebody is a good business owner for me that’s an argument to go there. The service is excellent, Staff is caring, appointments are easy to make, and facilities are good. Overall, the treatment is clearly a five star the facilities probably four.

-The sales pitch for the course was incredibly unfair. I just used their service once and they wanted me to buy another one, saying the promotion was only for this month and would remain the same next month. They lied so much I can't even remember what they said. -After buying the course, the rooms and therapists were rarely available. When they were selling it, they were so nice saying bookings were always available. -They kept pressuring me to get the more expensive treatments, even though I wanted different ones. I had to refuse so many times I got tired. -The therapist was skilled and the service was good 💖 It's a shame they're working in a place like this.

Anyone wanting a massage should run away. It's noisy, the sales staff are constantly chatting, and there's no atmosphere to feel like a spa despite the name. To make matters worse, they keep trying to sell you courses. There's been a complete lack of positive feedback; how can you expect me to buy a course if there's no positive experience? They really need to improve; don't ignore this.

The massage therapists were excellent, but the sales staff were overly aggressive in pushing courses. They seemed too money-hungry and made the experience unappealing. I hope they improve this.

Initially, I was very impressed with the service, both the welcome and the information provided, which led me to immediately purchase a course. However, after paying, the service was very different. I felt like I wasn't being given the same attention. I messaged to schedule an appointment, but the admin read it and didn't reply. If they really didn't want me to use their service, they should communicate directly to avoid disappointment. TP provides good service, but some of the reception staff seemed unfriendly, even though customers are paying for the service and aren't asking for it for free. I hope the shop will take this into consideration for improvement.

The massage was excellent, the service was heartfelt, and importantly, the welcome drink was great. I especially liked the bael fruit juice; it was delicious, fragrant, and refreshing.

I really dislike massage parlors that just focus on selling courses. They pressure you to sign up for membership before you even get a chance to try the massage. Even after the massage, they keep pushing you to buy courses and coupons. The shop needs to revamp its marketing and PR. They should build their branding based on quality and good service instead! At first, I thought the massage was okay and I wanted to come back, but after the staff started trying to sell me more things, that was it. I won't be coming back. Personally, I don't like being pressured when I'm trying to relax and unwind!
