I went in for a massage appointment at 10:00 AM. There was an event at the club today, so there was no parking available. The parking lot was reserved only for club customers, leaving me with nowhere to park for my massage. I was confused why this branch didn't reserve parking for customers, knowing full well there was an event. Even more confusing was that the Asana salon across the street reserved parking for 10 cars for its own customers. The short-haired female manager I encountered today was terrible at handling the problem; she couldn't solve anything, which only made me more frustrated. I had a 500 baht e-voucher, but she only gave a 100 baht discount. The only good thing here is the massage therapist; she's excellent. If the manager can handle things like this, I can only say, "It's up to fate."

I love it so much! The massages are great at every branch. I haven't encountered a branch with bad service yet. I love both the place and the staff. My favorite is the seated neck, shoulder, and back massage – it's the best! It's best to call ahead to check for availability before booking to ensure a good experience. Walk-ins might not get a session because of time constraints or the therapist might not be available.

I been there here couple time, my last one time is too unfortunately it was loud noise (giggling sound) from kids make it impossible to relax. A place that’s supposed to be peaceful ends up being the opposite. The management should seriously consider implementing some noise control rules.
