The seminar venue was excellent. The space was beautiful. - The food was delicious and of excellent quality. - The cleanliness was excellent. - The staff were polite and available everywhere, even in the restrooms. - The parking area was spacious, with security guards directing visitors at every intersection and turn.

I loved it so much! The place is beautiful and relaxing, and the staff provided excellent service. I especially liked the oil massage and the free steam room. It was fantastic! I think getting a membership is worth it, especially with the top-up option.

The massage was good and the room was nice. However, the shoe management system was problematic. You need to be careful. The staff took the shoes and returned them by swapping them. I've reported this, but I have to wait for an investigation and haven't received a clear plan for how to resolve the issue.

The reception staff provided excellent service. The massage therapist hit the right spots, making me feel very relaxed. I'm impressed every time I come.
