We've been using their services for over 10 years. They consider every detail and every interest rate, but we've always been willing to compromise on their service.

It was good at first, but later the finishing touches were not good. I sent my cat for a bath and haircut, and when it came back, it seemed scared and withdrawn. They also changed groomers very frequently.

Before COVID, we used to use their services regularly. But after COVID, when we brought our child for a bath again, the wait was unusually long. Previously, it only took 45 minutes; this time it was almost 2 hours. When we picked our child up, she was lethargic and trembling, which she had never experienced before. The groomer also said she was very naughty, even though we've taken her to many other places before, including here, and every groomer there said she was well-behaved. When we got home, we noticed her toenails and fingernails were bleeding, and she was very lethargic. We were very distressed and don't dare take her anywhere else for grooming again.

The first time was good, the second time was good, but this time three of our cats almost got heatstroke. I'm not taking them there again. That's it.

I took my two dogs there for grooming services. They took great care of them. It's become my regular place. I live outside of Bangkok, but I always go there whenever I'm in the city.

The salon changes stylists very frequently. We bring our hair to get a different stylist almost every month. Usually, it's acceptable, but this time the haircut was terrible. It wasn't pretty at all; they didn't finish the job properly. When we asked about it, they said the stylist was stressed and couldn't stay to cut hair. The prices aren't cheap either, but this haircut was just awful.

I tried taking him to get a bath for the first time because our regular shop was closed for a long time. When I came back, the fur behind his ears wasn't dry and his eyes were red, but it wasn't a big deal. But !!!!! He broke a tooth. I didn't tell you, but this time he was crying really hard. When I came back, he didn't eat and was depressed. I was suspicious, but I thought he was probably just tired of barking. But then in the evening, he called and said that his tooth was broken because he bit the toothbrush. Wait a minute!!!! Normally, he bathes and brushes his teeth at other places every week. He brushes his teeth and it's fine. Are you brushing your dog's teeth or are you stabbing his teeth!!!!! He already has very few teeth. The price of a bath isn't cheap. It's terrible****
