I had a massage there a few days ago. The masseuse named Fa massaged very well, but I’d like to complain to her that she talked loudly with her colleagues and it made me feel unrelaxed.

This is an excellent place for massage. It's a very nice place, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. All the people who work here are very friendly. The massages are pretty affordable, too, especially since it's such a deluxe place. I like the foot massages and the oil massages, too.

I had a good Thai massage here, and the price is not expensive.

Having had massages at many places almost all over Bangkok, this shop is one of the worst. The masseuse didn't specify whether she wanted a strong or light massage. The foot wash was done carelessly, not cleanly at all (so why bother?). There was absolutely no service mind. The massage itself was very light, almost inaudible. Customers come for a massage to relieve aches and pains, not to waste money. After 10-15 minutes, I decided to ask to pay only half the price. The masseuse said no, I had to pay full price. So I agreed to pay full price and asked to stop the massage. I walked out and said I wanted to file a complaint and leave a review on Google Maps. They told me to be patient, that they would change masseuses, and that I didn't have to pay anything. But initially, they refused my request to pay half price. When I asked who the owner was, they said they were the manager and I could talk to them. This shop is utterly lacking in quality. If they don't improve, they should just close down.

I went there yesterday. The receptionist was amazing! The massage was so relaxing. The pressure was perfect. I felt so much more relaxed when I got home. I will definitely go back again.

The masseuses are excellent and the service is friendly. You can specify whether you prefer a strong or light massage. There are four masseuses who can provide strong massages: Male masseur Do, Masseur Fah, Masseur Nina (available Friday-Monday), and Masseur Joy (part-time, 5:30 PM - 11:00 PM, also offering strong massages). The shop operates on a masseur-based schedule; if you don't specify a masseur or preference, you should inform the shop beforehand. I highly recommend this shop.

Excellent service. The massage was gentle and very relaxing.

Terrible. The service was awful. We went for a body scrub and they said they didn't have any underwear to change into and asked if we could use our own or take them off. It was baffling. If they're not ready, they should close the shop. Disgusting. They even suggested we switch to a different type of massage. Ridiculous. I would never recommend using their services again. Awful, awful, awful.

I just saw the reviews. The first time I went for a massage, Fahsai helped me and my symptoms improved. The second time (not Fahsai), I went for a 2-hour massage. She only massaged my legs for about 10 minutes, so I told her to massage harder. The masseuse (not Thai) turned around and said, "You should go to another shop. I'll only massage you for 1 hour." In short, I arrived at 4:15 PM, got massaged at 4:20 PM, and left at 5:00 PM. The third time, I specifically went for a massage with Fahsai. When I arrived, she was booked and said she'd be finished around 5 PM. I arrived after 5 PM, and she still wasn't finished or something like that. No one gave me an answer. The masseuse told me to change clothes and wait. After about 30 minutes, the masseuse came up and said something I couldn't understand, but I gathered that there was a misunderstanding and I could change back and leave. In short, I'm not going back to this shop.
