Nami Massage, Thonglor 13

As a visitor, I found it very easy to communicate in English. At Nami Massage, the owner is always on standby and speaks foreign languages fluently such a big help, right? Everyone is incredibly friendly, and today I chose the Thai Massage. It was amazing all the fatigue in my body completely disappeared. I highly recommend this place! Come here to relax and treat yourself when your body needs some pampering!

One of the best foot massage in town! We kept coming back 💪🏻 We made an appointment via LINE in advance. 10:30am on Sunday, we were out front and their receptionist were there with big smiley face😆, even though, she wore a face mask, her charming personality still stood out! We knew exactly what we wanted, the fees here were super reasonable, we quickly paid and their staff were ready to do the services. We used their super clean restroom on the first floor before we sat down on their extremely comfortable recliner chair. (We wish we could have one coz it’s so comfy😆) Washed our feet super clean and gently applied their oil on our feet and the next thing, we knew was our 2 hours foot massage session was up! (Vividly, we remembered that the services, included mainly feet, lower leg, knee and partly shoulder, neck, and a bit of head) 🎉 The staff were so nice and their receptionist was there to help, in case you need to communicate anything at all. The key to our very satisfying experience was communication 😁 and their receptionist was very outstanding at her job. In fact, she was one of the factors that we kept coming back! We will come back and tell our friends!

Very pleasant receptionist at the front desk and staff however foot massage was pretty average and didn’t even include neck, shoulders or head for a 1 hour massage. Staff were overly reliant on tools rather than their hands to do the work. The seats were very comfortable and reclined but for the price which is on the higher side for Bangkok, it just wasn’t great value.

My husband and I have had amazing Thai massages here. Relaxing, very good pressure, exactly what we needed. We were served tea afterwards and went home feeling brand new! 😌 Thank you, Nami Massage team! 🙏✨

I rarely ever bother to leave a bad review, but this experience really pushed me to the edge. This was the worst massage I have ever received in my life. The masseuse had absolutely no skills, no technique, and no strength — just pressing around without any purpose. To make things worse, she left the room three times during my session. In the middle, she actually walked out and came back with tea and simply said my massage was finished. All the massages I’ve done in Bangkok usually end with a proper head massage, sitting up, at least a stretch, and a final touch. This masseuse just ended things abruptly. When I checked my phone, it was only 10:24pm — which means she finished way too early, and I did not even receive the full service I paid for. The whole experience was careless, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time and money. Instead of feeling relaxed, I left feeling frustrated and unhappy. ⚠️ Do not come to this shop it’s nothing but disappointment.

My experience at Nami Massage was extremely disappointing. The receptionist was shockingly rude—the rudest I’ve encountered in all of Thailand. When I politely mentioned that I had four minutes left in my massage, she started shouting at me in front of other customers, even asking, “Should I show you the CCTV?” It was humiliating, as everyone around started staring. No customer should be treated this way. To make things worse, the massage itself was subpar—definitely not worth it. Overall, it was a stressful and unpleasant experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Highly recommend this place! I have to say, this place offers incredibly affordable prices! I’ve been to more expensive massage parlors, and while the service is often great, the techniques tend to be similar. As someone with a background in traditional acupuncture and massage, I always read reviews before choosing a massage shop. However, this time, I randomly picked Nami because it was just a 3-minute walk from my hotel. If you prefer stronger pressure and precise acupoint targeting, this is the place for you. The prices are very reasonable, and the environment is quite pleasant. I will definitely be coming back because this shop is fantastic. Both the owner and the massage therapist were very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend!

I came here at least five times while visiting Bangkok and had a great experience. There are many good employees here and they have very comfortable foot massage chairs. Very fair pricing and great service. 300 baht for 1 hr foot massage.

I had the worst and most painful thai massage ever last tuesday. My friend who went with me had the same experience. Both ladies were not very friendly and I can’t really understand what‘s the purpose of being so rude!!! Can‘t recommend it in any way. Definitely not professional! Still struggling with pain in my neck and heavy headaches since then.

What a terrible experience, the room is smelly and bedding is not clean, got bitten by some insects The receptionist is having the worst attitude I have ever met in Thailand, ridiculously rude and definitely not satisfying with such a terrible manner, which i observe while having foot massage, the customers felt awkward. 2 stars for the masseur, but ruin up by the shop's services
