Comprehensive fitness center. You're paying top dollar but you get quite a bit. 3 lane shallow heared lap pool, cardio, strength training under one roof. 2 squat racks and a dedicated deadlift platform, two barbell bench presses. Extra amenities personally justified the price for me. Free clean gym clothes to swap into, scented towels, convenient locker system, access to all virgin active clubs in Bangkok (amenities are not the same between locations), inbody stats trackers, salt room, steam room, spa. Lounge for work, free tea and coffee. A few downsides: no dry sauna, equipment is functional but feel like they need to be cleaned more. Temps are kept very high which can be a pro or con. It's a bit of a maze walking to this place adding to commute time. They run a lot of classes and personl training so its hard to find a studio to do your own thing in. Yoga/meditation room doesn't have a view like the one at empire tower. Useful info: Salt room is often full and is passive. It's surprisingly relaxing and not completely a gimmick From siam bts youll enter a mall and walk across to another mall that is connected by a sky bridge or you can cross on the ground floor. The gym is on the top floor of the other building. There are elevators that take you to the fourth floor into a gaming area and youll need to walk to take another escalator up to the top floor.

I have been a member since January 2025, and I am really happy so far. Actually, I only use the swimming pool so I can't comment on the classes or gym equipment. The temperature of the pool is always comfortable (I don't like swimming in cold water, so this pool is perfect for me!), and the lifeguard always informs swimmers if they should share a lane. The area around the pool is clean and relaxing, and it's never too busy. I also like the reception area with sofas and spaces for working. My only observation is that some members try to reserve the tables in this area-often there are laptops/ bags/ etc on the table but nobody is sitting there for a long time. Maybe the staff need to be a little more tough and remind members that this is a shared area. But that is my only tiny comment. Everything else is great-thank you!

Missing some key equipment like the SkiErg and seated cable row. The best part is the super spacious resting area and the convenience of having the changing rooms on the same floor as the gym. However, there’s a lazy vibe from super slow members, and the lack of challenge creates very poor motivation for working out. Also, it’s very hard to access when the main department store is closed—you’ll have to use the parking service lift and take a detour across the mall.

One of the best gyms I have seen in a long time! Really clean, great equipment and an amazing view. The spa area is really nice too. There is a sleeping pod, dedicated rooms for yoga and pilates. I was really pleasantly surprised!

This gym offers an impressive range of facilities, including an indoor pool and numerous classes to attend. However, not all personal trainers speak English, which can be challenging for foreigners. While the monthly fee is expensive, it's …

Rude staff. Went for a trial session. Enjoyed it but a bit crowded. Staff confirmed at the beginning I have a 7 day trial. At the end of the session, I asked to book a class the next day. Staff says I cannot. I ask why, it's because I had a trial session with a friend almost two years ago at a different branch. I said that's a long time ago. She then crosses her arms to make an X sign and repeats cannot cannot loudly at the counter. People looking. I felt so unwelcome so left. Why can she not check this before I arrived? We had several emails. Why can't she not ask my to sit down and ask how my session was and if I would like to join. So rude and not to be expected at a premium brand.

Too many people in the evening. Shower not clean, steam rooms are too crowded and customer wears flip flop inside not hygienic. Aqua aerobics is fun but only available 2 classes a week. There was a long break for trainer as there was no classes after lunch till late afternoon results in empty room and too crowded in the evening. There should have more yoga class during afternoon schedule. Evening classes too crowded as for yoga, when stretching legs the foot can reach next person’s face. Salt room for allergy treatment is perfect but five beds are not enough. In Korea, this kind of room has no bed but empty floor and require people to sit on the hot floor and shoes are prohibited. Working space and sleeping pod room are bigger than classes rooms and cross training areas. Trainers are not friendly to members who choose to join free classes and refused to pay for extra training. Bring your own amenities and water as it is not hygienic, towels only use for short term. Staff at front entrance is not friendly. Expensive membership around 500$USD/monthly excluding taxes and first time joining fees.

I’ve been a member of Virgin Active since it opened its first branch in Thailand at Empire Tower, and it’s been a fantastic experience. This gym stands out for its excellent facilities, high-quality personal trainers, and consistently clean environment. Whether you’re looking for a gym for a short-term goal or planning on a long-term commitment to fitness, Virgin Active is a solid choice. The facilities are well-maintained, and the trainers are knowledgeable and supportive, making it easy to stay motivated and achieve your goals. Overall, a top-notch place for fitness enthusiasts!”

Huge space. Clean facilities. Bigger and wider wall for Climbing comparing to other branches. New equipments. Staffs are really friendly. But still packed to me.
