Front desk receptionist is very rude and uncooperative at all, zero for this spa this year!

The best experience with the best therapist “Ratchanee” foot massage 1000 pat - First they wash the feet gently - And the foot massage - back massage - relax room with a cup of tea and mango slices Recommended with the same therapist

Absolutely terrible service. Highly not recommended, I understand why people don’t like it. Guests at the hotel told us to avoid and we should have listened.

Had a 120min traditional Thai massage there. The overall massage itself was ok but I’m not happy about the attitude. The staffs who served us gave us no greetings when getting into the room. I was having problems with tying the pants they provided, and asked for help. The staff literally just grabbed my shoulder and turned me around to tie from the back in a very rude way. I was too shocked and embarrassed, but remained polite and said thank you, without receiving any response, not even a smile. The first 5min of massage was too light and it was basically like touching, and they never tried to ask how we feel. Then I decided to change a way of communicating and said in a cold tone: you’re making it too gentle. Do it harder. And that’s when things finally get right and the first time I heard *Mam* in the place. The 120min message ends 5min earlier than it’s supposed to be. I would not recommend this place if the service is not improved, and Let’s Relax at Grande centre point prestige in 2min walk might be a better option.

One of the best massages at Grand Centre Point Rashadamri Suites is a Thai massage, and the other is an oil massage. Both are wonderful, and the hotel offers a discount for hotel guests. Try them!

It's terrible. If it weren't for the convenience in the hotel I live in, I would never choose this one!!!

Best hospitality and services I ever have. I bought vitality of life which included body exfoliation/body mask, aroma oil therapy massage, herbal hot compress, and facial relaxation. It was so soothing, comfortable that I fell asleep and woke up feeling so relaxed. I would say it was so relax that I turned into a jello..😂 …

Spa is okay, it's basically the same as Lets relax but at a premium price. Makes sense only for hotel customers.
