The difference between good and bad experiences is enormous. The last time I went, it was the worst; we ended up arguing halfway through. It was a 90-minute session, but it only lasted about 40 minutes. The regular massage was so unenthusiastic that when I asked if they could press a little harder, they said, "This is the maximum pressure, so if you're going to complain, don't choose me next time." The body scrub can also be really terrible depending on the person.

I've visited about 15 times. The scrubbing, massage skills, and special requests vary greatly from place to place. It's easy to think of it as a place where you can just get a scrub and massage. If you don't have a regular, ask the counter for a recommendation and they'll offer something tailored to your needs. Like most massage parlors in Thailand, specials are available for an additional fee, but some scrubs offer a basic HP. Please note that the concept is different from Sazanka. I only go there for the scrubbing.

This service includes a sauna, body scrub, salt massage, hot towel, and massage, without any additional services (SP). It's a unique establishment in Bangkok. Of course, SP services are available upon request. It's best to carry your valuables (wallet) with you when moving around.

I went in for a body scrub and was shocked to see someone lying on the bed next to me!! It was covered by a curtain, but I was still flustered. I didn't use the sauna, but the scrub and salt treatment were refreshing. I asked for a special service... they said it was 1,000 baht or something. Seems okay if you're not thinking about sex.
