The receptionist is prob the worst person I’ve ever met. Very rude, massage is not bad but the receptionist is something else.

When I went there yesterday after a long time, they told me to take off my shoes, but they didn't have the slippers that they used to have, so I just left without doing anything.

The shop is clean and quiet. The massage therapists are good and polite; they don't talk during the massage like in other shops I've been to. I felt very relaxed.

Echoing other comments, receptionist or manager is very rude, massage is average which makes the experience not worth it.

I initially thought I had a slot at 3:30 PM, so I waited in the shop from 3:00 PM. The staff didn't inform me of anything. I thought there was a room for oil massages and a masseuse available. However, the staff only informed me at 4:45 PM, "Would you like a massage? There are no masseuses available. The room is empty, but there are no masseuses." I think the staff should have known I wouldn't get a massage. I don't understand why they didn't inform me sooner. I could have used my time for something else instead of sitting and waiting. In the end, I didn't get a massage today. I feel terrible. I used to come here often because it's close to home, but I probably won't come again.😔 The masseuse was great and very nice, but the reception staff were very confusing in their communication. They didn't understand anything, which resulted in a wait of almost an hour. It was a huge waste of time. If they had told me from the beginning that there were no masseuses available, I wouldn't have waited so long.

The massage was excellent. The staff were polite and lovely.
