💬 What reviewers say
I had a massage and body scrub here and both were absolutely top notch. The massage therapist was highly skilled and really knew how to work out all the tension, using a perfect combination of pressure and technique that left me feeling completely renewed. It was one of those sessions where you can tell the therapist has real experience and genuinely takes pride in their work. The body scrub was equally impressive. My skin felt incredibly smooth and fresh afterwards, and the products they used were of high quality without any harsh or irritating feeling. The combination of massage and body scrub together made for a truly complete spa experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to treat themselves. The place itself was clean and had a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making sure everything was comfortable before and during the treatment. There was no rushing through the services, everything felt like it was given the proper time and attention it deserved. If you are in Bangkok and want a really excellent massage paired with a rejuvenating body scrub, Rakuten should be at the top of your list. The quality of service here is outstanding and I would not hesitate to come back again. One of the best spa experiences I have had in the city.
Good foot massage on comfortable chairs with a relaxing atmosphere. But the air conditioning was way too strong, I literally had goosebumps
do not go here. they are discriminatory. my partner was patronized, subjected to examination and refused service for having areas of dry looking skin on his legs. The receptionist cited some sort of concern about infection risk but admitted having no medical expertise, became rude, refused to provide adequate complaint procedures and to give her name when asked.
This is the worse massage that I ever did. Attitude was really bad! I really don’t recommend!
Chanced on this massage and was lured in by the prices! They didn’t not compromised and delivered amazing and great service! Wanted to massage before we head back to Singapore but they are fully booked! So if you can plan your timing, definitely worth booking them in advance!
Massage therapist had 0 training. I went to some massage schools; I know what a good massage in Thailand should be like. The therapist poked her elbows in my shoulder blades for 30 minutes straight. No routine, no plan, no variation, and it's rather painful. I paid for 1.5h, but I just left. Apart from the shoulder blades, she hadn't even touched another part of my body. Worst is that they pretend to be a high-end place with corresponding prices. I should have looked at the reviews. This is actually a "happy" place, which explains why the therapists don't know how to give a massage. They just want to get their tip for special services
Tucked deep within Watthana is Rakuten. This massage parlor is a welcome oasis for a sore back or aching feet. Always clean, cool, and welcoming, attentive staff will have you sleeping in no time!
I go here most weekends, for a 2 hour real Thai massage. These ladies are properly trained and the rooms are lovely and clean, quite and friendly staff. The price is 600b 2 hours, best deal in Bangkok. They have lots of specials to suit all.
Excellent price, excellent service. I only wish I had discovered this place sooner! If you are able to, request “Mam” aka #18…. Your welcome. Please tip her!!! I had approx. 50 foot massages in the last few months, and I promise you she is top tier. When you find an incredible foot rub amongst a sea of so-so… you have to show your gratitude!
I would like to recommend that the shop is One of the best local massage shop in bkk.(not famous) Cheap & professional. New and clean! If some massager don't ask "special massage" for 1,000Bath. It's not feeling well that my bed was used for "special" If i visit again, i don't want to heard that.
