ThaiThai Massage BTS Nana (Sukhumvit 11)

I just had the most boring massage ever !!! I took the 2-hour 5-in-1 massage (1,000 baht, including a -20% offer, which is expensive even for the area). First of all, those 5-in-1’s are always some kind of a misnomer, as they spend most of the time on your lower legs and not much on the rest). The lady assigned to me was either bored or new or maybe simply incompetent. She gave me mostly the kind of gentle rub that your GF gives you on the couch while you’re watching a movie, with the occasional heavier touch. The only few times that I actually felt something were a few seconds on the calves and a few more on the trapezii. And it was not about pressure, it was really about the motions themselves. I actually left about 15’ before the end. I think I’ve had enough massages in Thailand to be able to tell when something’s not right. And that one was NOT right. My advice: when you climb the stairs and walk into that place, there are two entrances : one on the right is Thai Thai Massage, and the other one, across the hall is Nature Spa. Thai Thai always tries to catch you first, but do yourself a favor and go to Nature, they’re really good. I don’t know what made me want to try the other one, but it was obviously a mistake.

I go there with a regular massage pass. If you go before 6 PM, you get a 20% discount! First of all, this place is super clean. The pressure was strong and great. They applied plenty of oil without skimping. With aromatherapy, it's difficult to work on every single fascia, but they loosened them up really well with their fingers. Highly recommended!!

One of the worst massage experiences I have ever had. While the spa itself looks beautiful, the service was exceptionally poor. The therapist was rough, seemed disinterested, and applied far too much pressure. It has been two weeks since my visit, and I am still recovering from physical discomfort and pain in my back and joints. You would expect top-tier service from a venue with such great aesthetics, but this was a clear case of "don't judge a book by its cover." I certainly did not receive value for money. Management urgently needs to evaluate their staffing and invest in proper training, especially given how competitive the local market is. I felt compelled to share this experience because no customer should leave a wellness treatment in a pain!

Very good place, clean and smells good. I stayed 3 days in Bangkok and had massage here all 3 days. Nana did a great job with Back&Shoulder massage, knew exactly what she is doing and found all the nodes.
