What a kind of place to be here in this beautiful country and city. Not only that the welcome is very nice and friendly from the entire team members. I liked everything that they have. The fragrance inside this place and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Service and attitude are very good as well. They are so kind and helpful people and they are not faked about that. You feel like you are being in your home. Service is literally 24/7 hours everything you ask they will respond sure things will do. They are accessible to one of a kind shopping center 🏬 and that one as well is called a prime location. I would like to send my special gratitude to the entire team members. And in top of them Mr. Stefano, and his members and Mr. Chan & Mr. Ton, the airport service. To the people are working at the gate as well. Thank you for having us. It was a great memory and will for sure repeat this amazing experience.

Siam Kempinski is one of two Kempinski hotel in Bangkok. I mixed them up in a previous review of the Kempinskis. This hotel is very close to Siam Paragon, a huge shopping mall near Centara building. This Siam Kempinski differs from Sindhorn Kempinski in that way that the poolarea is between the buildings at groundfloor, when I went up to Centara rooftop I spotted an additional pool on the roof to the left. Must be some kind of presidential suite private pool. Both of Kempinskis hotel in Bangkok are of very high class. Cant wait to win on my fotball lottery to have a chance to stay at Kempinskis. Photos speak for itselfs. While Siam is more central,Sindhorn is more close to Lumpini.

we initially booked bangkok for 6 days but ended up extending our stay for another week, and honestly the spa became a huge part of our routine while we were there. i have chronic back pain and a spine condition, so during the trip i ended up getting massages almost every day. a month later, my back pain still hasn’t come back, which honestly still surprises me. over our stay i tried several treatments including the bespoke massage, traditional thai massage, aromatherapy and foot massages after long shopping days around bangkok. every therapist we had was excellent, and you can really feel the level of training and care in the way they work. a huge thank you to bo and mew at reception, who were always so warm and kind every single time we came in. after a few visits they already remembered us and always made the whole experience feel calm and comfortable. and a very special thank you to khun pew. she understood my back pain almost immediately and somehow always knew exactly where the tension was without me needing to explain much. i genuinely came home feeling better than i had in a very long time. the spa itself is beautiful and peaceful, but what really stayed with me was the people there. we’ll definitely return next time we’re in bangkok. 🤍

AMAZING this hotel had everything: exceptional service, a stunning lobby, inclusive sports facilities and many more. The breakfast menu was like what you would see in a fancy restaurant not only that, the kids club was full of activities and games the only thing that I didn’t like was the swimming pool ; full of leaves and a bit too dirty. Overall I would give this hotel a full five stars for the complimentary snacks and pillow options.

Superb - highly recommend. Top tier service, beautiful Hotel and facilities, and excellent food. Stand out is the Sra Bua restaurant. We have eaten here a couple of times and it truly is one of the greatest dining experiences you can find anywhere.

Highly recommended 💯 for high standards- quality of staffs, manners, cleanliness, great atmosphere and service. Therapist is well mannered with good experience. The room is well equipped with toilet and shower area. I booked for 90 minutes but ended up adding another 30 minutes as it was so so good. WORTH IT ♥️

Great hotel and service. The hotel room could been better, during evening you could smell smoke from cigarettes. Doors was closed and it came from the AC unit, I guess it was our neighbors who smoked on their balcony. The shower could be a bit more nicer for a 5 star hotel. Remove the plastic door or make a glass door.

I bought 2 spa voucher for an hour each during my stay at Siam Kempinski. Booking was a bit difficult as they were so busy and the admin gave me wrong number so I couldn't reach them at first. My plan was changed, appointment was rescheduled but luckily they still had time for my rebooking. First session - arrived early as i totally forgot that i changed the booking but the receptionist was very nice and helpful so i didn't have to wait long. The waiting room was called relaxation room and the atmosphere was just that. My treatment was in a room called Angelica. Room was a bit noisy due to AC but they put on music that help you relax, so all was well. The lavender oil was nice and time passed quicky when you enjoyed it. Second session - my appreciation for the spa director who offered complimentary 30 minutes on top of my 60, made the experience totally memorable. The masseur was very nice, calm voice, and attentive to my every need. My skin was so soft and I felt very relax and calm. Hot tea was served before and after. Once again, I felt bad for not buying more vouchers. If you have a chance, do jot hesitate to try out the spa here. ps. 8 hours later and I can still smell the lavender oil on my skin.

I had one of the worst hotel experiences here. Despite putting up the Do Not Disturb sign for my privacy, hotel staff still entered my room without permission while I was sleeping. This is a complete violation of trust, safety, and privacy. As a guest, I should feel secure in my room, but instead I felt exposed and disrespected. A hotel should prioritize guest comfort and security, but clearly, this property lacks professionalism and respect for basic boundaries. I would strongly advise others to reconsider staying here—there are plenty of hotels that actually respect their guests and take their privacy seriously.
