Perfectly hot Thai style sauna room, good cold plunge pool and good storage lockers and shower facilities. You can watch TV from in the sauna room. This is also walking distance to Krugot Muay Thai so perfect for post training recovery.

Hot sauna, nice size cold pool. Good service and good price for 250 thb all day. They have lockers and showers. Free tea and water.

It's a little run-down but it does the job as a neighbourhood sauna ♨️ and meeting place for locals. The sauna has a good temperature and a good feeling. The cold bath is refreshing with clean water. The staff are a bit surly but they are attentive and make sure that customers have enough iced tea. The little road to get to the sauna is narrow but the carpark 🏎️ itself is spacious.

The sauna is located in a corner where there is a shrimp fishing pond and a billiard hall. You can change clothes for 250 baht. There are two small towels and two bath towels in the locker. It is small compared to other Thai saunas, and consists of a dry sauna, a herbal steam sauna, a cold bath, and a hot bath. However, the steam is quite weak and there is no steam, and the hot bath is empty, so it is essentially just a sauna and a cold bath. The sauna is quite hot with two stoves. If you sit on the second level, you will not last 10 minutes. The cold bath is ice cold and deep, so it feels very comfortable. You can also cool your head with the water splashing. It is good for those who are looking for a strong setting. However, the ventilation in the rest area is not very good and the temperature is high. You can take an open-air bath at the smoking area outside, but the smoke is a bit bothersome. I think it is better to concentrate on enjoying the strong sauna and cold bath rather than relaxing all day.
