Today, I'm reviewing this as a tenant to help those considering renting or buying. First of all, the common areas here are beautiful, with absolutely stunning views, and there's even an onsen spa. The project provides a shuttle van to Lotus Sukhumvit 50. There's no service elevator for goods, and there's a slight issue with the smell of marijuana. Regarding parcel delivery, packages must be sent before 4 PM; after that, the management won't accept them. If you have multiple large boxes, you have to pick them up the same day. The parking is automated, which might occasionally cause problems, but we like that we don't have to circle around for a spot. Across from the condo, there's a massage parlor, hair salon, nail salon, restaurants, drinks, and a 7-Eleven. If you have a car, it's close to the expressway with access from both sides. Personally, I love the view here.
