Bangkok Spa

This is the spa I will visit whenever in Bangkok. The front desk lady Ms Donut provides great service and she helps in communicating our needs with the therapists. We are so pleased with the service and came back 3 times during the 5-day stay.. The therapists are mostly professional and better than some other places we visited. Thank you and will definitely visit again!

Tried the 90 minutes Thai herbal massage and it was great. The pressure and massage techniques which the therapist, Ms Q, was great. It was relaxing, strong and firm which I like it. Went for a second aromatherapy massage the next day and I enjoyed it as well by the same therapist. The place was clean and the staffs are friendly. Highly recommend if you are staying at the hotel.

Chose Aroma Massage which my husband found it to be purely just rubbing oil on the body with hardly any pressure for any massage effect. My session was the day after my husband’s. I also found it to be just rubbing oil at the beginning so requested the masseuse to apply harder pressure to which I was informed not too hard as it’s aroma massage but she did increase the pressure which was perfect to allow me to enjoy a relaxation massage with the aroma. Red wine oil smells nothing like red wine but is definitely the one to go for, this is their signature oil apparently. The only disappointment was that with a 90 mins massage, only 70 mins was actually used for the massage, first 10 mins for a quick feet wash and undress while last 10 mins to get changed and have tea outside). Other massage places I’ve been to never includes tea time as part of the massage time. Payment by cash or credit card on the spot, cannot be charged to the room so make sure to bring cash or credit card.

I had two really excellent oil massages on the 2 for 1 price promotion which I can highly recommend. Looking at some of the other reviews that were a year old, I think a few reviewers were expecting a thai massage with oil! It's actually a lovely firm soothing massage not deep tissue. Arrived 10mins early and had a full hour of massage.

We stayed at Pathumwan Princess and there was a one-for-one promo for guests for the morning slots till 10am. We got the 90 mins aroma full body massage. Was surprised it turned out well to be honest. Pressure was good, firm and massage was thorough.

We wanted a specific type of massage, but when we went in they changed the type of massage, which is different than what we asked for. The person who did the massage was okay, but management was not as there was a misunderstanding

Counter staff cannot even do her job properly to check whether massage slot is available. Always not at the counter as well. Therapist was good though.

Spa without spa experience. Customer experience is almost the same as any 300thb massage u can find on the roadside but 4x the price. Doesnt even have aromatherapy, pillow and bed are of very poor quality. Masseur is fine just lack of spa experience overall. I ve tried other spa around thailand like let's relax spa, definitely can tell the different between spa or just massage

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every detail of my visit was perfect. The full body massage was heavenly, with the masseuse applying just the right amount of pressure to melt away all my stress and tension. The dimly lit room, soft music, and immaculate facilities enhanced the overall sense of relaxation. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed, and I can’t wait to return for another session. Highly recommended!
