I loved the experience! My scalp never felt so fresh and clean! I did the basic 12-step formula and left very satisfied. The ladies are very professional and explain you everything before and after with a scalp analysis. The massages were very relaxing I fell asleep at some point. Would go again! (I have trichotillomania and I still felt very welcome)

I also loved the personalized consultation, where they took the time to discuss my hair goals and offered expert advice on how to maintain my hair’s health moving forward. It’s clear that they truly care about their clients and their well-being. I can’t recommend Papilla Bangkok enough. I have tried many head spas in Thailand and this is one of the best! I was impressed by the high-tech tools they used to take the best care of my scalp and I could feel the difference from the first time I did it. The service was provided in a private room with a nice ambiance. The staffs were polite and professional. And it was so close to the BTS station (Chidlom) with a skywalk connecting to the building, very convenient! I will definitely go back again.

This salon is unprofessional and misleading. The machine used during my treatment was extremely strong and painful. It caused a severe headache, and after the session my right eye kept twitching, which is unacceptable for any hair or scalp treatment. I asked them to stop because it was hurting me. The real problem is the cheating in pricing. I was clearly told the promotion price was 2190. When I stopped the treatment due to pain, they did not charge the promotion price. Instead, they calculated the amount using the original price of 3090 and deducted from that. This makes no sense. If I did not complete the treatment and did not use the machine properly, why should I be charged based on the full machine price? This is a clear way to overcharge customers. They were not willing to listen, not transparent, and not customer-oriented. I strongly felt taken advantage of because I do not speak Thai. This behavior is dishonest and unethical. An when I told them I am going to write a review for them that’s when they started giving giving me an options of red light therapy and they gave me more discount etc I do not recommend Papillabykimkim at all. Avoid this salon unless you want pain, confusion, and unfair billing.

The hair treatment was such a great experience. The shop is very clean and private, making the whole session feel relaxing and comfortable. The staff were attentive and gentle throughout the treatment. My hair and scalp felt incredibly fresh and clean afterward. Highly recommended!

Tried it for the first time, and probably my last. The therapist and consultant were okay and seemed knowledgeable, but quite on the hard-selling side. The whole experience was supposed to be relaxing, but I had to keep switching seats throughout the treatment, which made it hard to actually unwind. The receptionists were overly pushy with sales. I wanted to just get a sip of water they handed me but they didn't even let me, before they rushed me to pay and just leave haha. I might’ve paid the price if their service matched it, but the attitude completely ruined the experience. Not worth it at all.

We cancelled our booking. the "Pretreatment" process is too much of a hassle for just a scalp cleaning. They are requiring is to fill up forms and demanding us to countersign the Terms and Condition stating that they have full control and ownership of the scalp imagery that they will take. Meaning they can use this anywhere even in ads

I did ultimate treatment here as the first time, and it’s all worth it. The therapist explained everything clearly, tell me what to avoid and how to care for my scalp. My scalp becomes much cleaner and healthier after all these steps. I’ll definitely come again!
