💬 What reviewers say
Great balayage result and a very pleasant experience. The stylist was patient, detailed, and made sure the color blended beautifully. It took about 2.5 hours, really happy with the outcome, my hair condition keeps nourished after bleach. Just a 5-minute walk from On Nut BTS.
I had such a great experience here. My hair looks and feels amazing and the cut is perfectly shaped and the colour is beautifully blended. My hair stylish is friendly and very skilled. I’ll definitely be coming back! Thank you🙏🏻
Honestly, it’s been a while since I’ve had such a disappointing haircut. It was cut straight without any consideration for balance or shape, and there was no final check from the back. I know hair grows back, but this didn’t feel worth the money I paid. The staff were kind, but I wouldn’t recommend going there.
I absolutely love this hair salon. I come every three months for my keratin treatment and haircut, and I’m always extremely happy with the result. The hairstylist is very professional and truly understands exactly what you want. I’ve never been disappointed, not even once. I’ve become a regular client and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend!
I didn’t notice any difference between a regular haircut and the one with treatment & keratin. It cost me 4,000 baht. The haircut alone was 500 baht, but my sister paid no more than 300 baht. P.S. I’m Thai, so I don’t know about tourist prices.
I've visited the salon several times for keratin hair coloring and manicures. The staff are very helpful and the results are always as desired.
Excellent service. The hair coloring was done perfectly. High-quality products. They used Milbon hair color, which didn't irritate my scalp at all. The shampoo and conditioner are from BSC. They use high-quality products throughout the salon. I'm very impressed. The price is also very good. Most importantly, the salon is very clean. The towels smell great; there's no musty smell, and they don't reuse towels. I place a high standard of cleanliness. This salon gets a thumbs up from me! I discovered this salon through the Gowabi application. I am truly amazing with the service - very professional, clean, and I love my new hair color. The hairdresser used Milbon products for coloring my hair, and it doesn't smell bad at all. I feel comfortable while getting my hair colored. I noticed that the shampoo and conditioner are from BSC, which are of very good quality. The price is very reasonable. The salon is very clean, and the hair towels smell so good, with no unpleasant odors. I highly recommend this salon. 😊
Not okay. The result doesn't match the price paid. The haircut is uneven, the layers aren't shaped properly, I regret the hair that was cut. I had a ceratin treatment, but my hair isn't soft as the stylist said, and it looks even more damaged and dry than before. A waste of 5500 baht.
The hair salon is very beautiful. I only bleached my hair pink once, which I had previously dyed black. My hair is very fine and hasn't broken at all. My hair is still soft as ever. If I have the chance, I will definitely use their services again.
Please share this so that no one else goes through what happened to me. Warning! TCD Hairdressing & NAIL is a good hair salon in On Nut area, located on Sukhumvit Soi 81, opposite BTS On Nut. Half of my hair fell out because I recently dyed it pink, but it was dark and the back was uneven. I wanted it to be lighter, so I thought of bleaching it. So I decided to find a salon near my house that was open, since my regular salon in the mall was closed. I found this salon having a hair coloring promotion for 1,499 baht, 800 baht per bleaching. I called to ask, and they said it was open, so I went. When I got there, I met a mother and son (the son is a boy). Before I could even get my hair long, they said it would cost 1,799 baht. I showed them a reference photo and asked if it could be done. They said it definitely could, guaranteeing the color because they have already posted photos on their page. I said, “Oh, with that kind of guarantee, it must be really good.” So I said, “Okay.” He asked if I wanted more treatments. I said no. While they were there, he bleached my hair. Then he asked how many times I'd bleached it. I said 4, but it had been months, maybe even a year, since I'd started dyeing my hair gray. He said I needed a lot of care, and I was like, 'Yes, I do!' I didn't even realize what was happening to my hair. He kept talking nonstop while he was doing it, saying, "This is a retouching job! You're so worth it! You're so worth it, I tell you." I was like, "What the heck?" Then, after he finished bleaching, he wrapped me in clear plastic wrap. Within 15 minutes, it started getting incredibly hot. I called him and told him, "It's so hot! My ears are burning!" He then sprayed me some kind of spray. It got even hotter and started smoking! It was so hot, it felt like it was going to burn me! I said, "Hey, it's going to burn me!" He then told me to hurry and wash it! My scalp was burning so bad. My mom had washed it twice and said she'd give me a scalp detox. I tried to make it sound like a favor, but I didn't really want it. I just wanted to know if my scalp was burned. I asked if it was red, and he said no. Then, when I went to blow dry my hair before coloring, I felt like, "No, it's not red." She then sprayed me with the same spray, which freaked me out and asked what it was. She said it was a scalp balancing spray, and that I didn't have to use it. I asked if it would burn again, and she said no, that the chemicals had reacted earlier. She kept spraying it while saying, "This is expensive, not for everyone," etc. During the process, she kept pressuring me, saying, "This is a good price." Then, when the color was applied, it looked more purple than pink, so I asked, "Isn't it purple?" The mother and daughter tried to explain things, but then they kept blaming me, saying my hair wasn't good enough, that I needed treatment, etc., that my hair shaft was damaged, etc. It was pink. I asked why it looked so dull, that it didn't look like the reference. She told me that it would lighten after washing, that this color would last longer, and that it would gradually lighten after washing a few times. "This isn't what I want, is it?" I started thinking to myself, but oh well, I'll wait and see how the color washes out. While washing the color off, My mom asked me if I usually curl my hair. I said no. She said she would try curling the ends in case she liked it. I didn’t think anything of it and said I could try. Little did she know, she had already started covering up the shop’s mistake. When it was dry, I started to see color. I said it wasn’t what I wanted. They argued with each other, saying, “This is the color you want, pastel pink.” I said, “It has to be brighter. This is darker than when I got it.” She said, “This is the color. It’s so pretty.” Both mother and daughter started praising me, trying to make me happy with this hair color because they were starting to realize it wasn’t at all like they had bragged. They asked if I had purple shampoo. If I wanted it to last longer, I should use purple shampoo. I thought to myself, “Why do I have pink hair? Then I saw white patches all over my head.” I said, “The color is uneven.” She said, “It’s highlights.” “This is great.” I said, “I don’t want that. I want the color to be even all over my head.” They said, “When I got it, the color was uneven, with clumps of highlights.” This is so much prettier than when I got here. This is so cool. This is the trend right now. The point is, I don't like it! I want the same color, but they keep saying, "This is good enough, beautiful, perfect, with dimensional highlights," "This isn't uneven," etc. I'm really angry, but I'm trying to hold it in. #Update 19.07.2021 I called the salon to ask them to take responsibility and go fix it at another salon. They said they weren't responsible and told me to go back to them. I told them I didn't trust them anymore. They didn't even tell me when my hair broke, and they even dared me to file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Board. When I went as a customer to give them money, they treated me rudely. And now that they know they're at fault, they still treat me rudely. Who would dare go back to them again?
