What a lovely space! I enjoy red light therapy yin-yoga session with instructor Stacey. Great spot for brunch & wellness classes. Reccomend!

The moment I laid down, I felt myself soften—like my nervous system finally got permission to stop holding tension. The red light felt warm and grounding, and the sound bath was so immersive that it felt less like “music” and more like a full-body reset. I could feel the vibration moving through me in the best way—relaxed my muscles, calmed my mind, and helped me breathe deeper. My thoughts got quieter, and instead of feeling mentally busy, I felt present. It was the kind of calm that actually lasts, not just a temporary moment of “zen.” After the session, I felt lighter, more centered, and surprisingly energized—like I’d done something both calming and restorative for my entire system. If you’ve been stressed, carrying tension, or just need a reset that feels genuinely healing, I can’t recommend this enough. I’m definitely going back. This is self-care that actually works. ✨❤️
