Shiny Diamond Shop - Bag Spa & Fix

I paid approximately 3000 baht to have the zipper on my Louis Vuitton bag replaced (zipper pull + vachette replacement). I originally brought the bag with the broken Louis Vuitton pull tab and was told it could not be repaired. I unfortunately forgot to take the original piece back when collecting my bag. I later contacted the shop several times to ask whether the original piece was still there, but despite my messages being seen, I have received no response. I am disappointed by the lack of communication and customer service, especially considering the price charged for the repair and the fact that the replacement pull tab is not made of leather like the original. I would appreciate if the shop could contact me and return the original piece so I can have it properly repaired by Louis Vuitton.

The owner was very obliging and was willing to wait for me when I visited the home shop close to 5pm which was their closing time. He patiently went through the repairs I needed on my very old but sentimental Chloe handbag They did a great job skilfully.

Great experience and customer service. Got my LV purse cleaned. Even got bag delivered back to my condo. Highly recommended and worth the price. Plate is now scratch free and bag is looking new again. The whole process took about 10days.
