💬 What reviewers say
Went to this massage place for 3 days straight and had 3 different masseuse for all 3 days. All weere amazing, and really just press until all your fatigue is gone. The masseuse were all very friendly and responds well to when i say i pain or ask for them to press harder. Note: only tried the traditional thai massage that is oil free and very nice!! I would recommend this place and will come back again tomorrow the last day before my flight hehhehe
If I could give this place zero stars—or a minus rating—I absolutely would. We booked a session at Siam Heng Heng’s new outlet in Pratunam. However, right after they took our money, they suddenly informed us that we had to go to another branch "just a few meters away." It turned out to be an old house located two streets away! The old shop was completely outdated and dirty. To make matters worse, the staff was highly unprofessional. An elderly lady (ah ma) showed up late, and her massage skills completely sucked. The old place is outdated, dirty, and disgusting. The service was terrible—an ah ma arrived late and had zero massage skills. It completely ruined our day. If you book here, demand to stay at the new shop. If they try to redirect you to the old house, reject it immediately and ask for a refund. See attached photo of the awful old shop.
It’s super! The lady was amazing, very gentle speaking but hard at massage, before the massage I felt so tired, after all that relaxation and with the hot stone they offered, I was refreshing! So I tipped the lady for 100, I will come again and recommend to my friend
I came here with my fiancée for a foot massage. The place looked bright and the sofas seemed comfortable, plus they had a happy hour promotion (200 baht/hour), which attracted us. When we arrived, we changed into sandals and washed our feet. Up to that point, the staff were very nice. However, the masseuse who handled me was very rude. She would slap my feet if I didn’t respond to her questions (I just wanted a quiet, relaxing experience) and kept calling me “laopan” (boss), which felt uncomfortable. At the end, I also just knew that the foot massage included a “cracking” session. My neck and back were cracked, it looked satisfying, but it made me uncomfortable. Then why didn't I reject it? Because I didn't know that I was gonna be twisted. She wasn't certificated therapist to crack peoples head thats for sure. I immediately remembered a case of a Thai celebrity who reportedly died after a similar treatment, which made me feel uneasy. In hindsight, I regret not refusing that part. After the session, my masseuse asked for a tip for both of us. After we finished, we paid her directly, but she only returned 500 baht from the cashier and said the rest was for the tip. This felt inappropriate and unprofessional. We came because it was 200 baht, but instead we paid 250 per person 😂 On the other hand, the masseuse who handled my fiancée was very kind and did not ask for any tip at all. Overall, the massage is good but left a disappointing experience. Maybe the shopowner can tell the "rude" masseuse on the photo (right).
not recommended at all — Siam Heng Heng. I decided to try this place only because it was next to my hotel and I was too lazy to walk farther, but the experience was really bad. During the massage, I clearly told the therapist that it was too painful, but she completely ignored me and continued with the same force. Later, she even placed a very hot herbal compress directly on my body, which was extremely uncomfortable. What made it worse was that before I had even finished getting dressed after the massage, she was already asking for a tip. She also told me that if I paid at the counter, I should give a 200 baht tip. I’ve been to Bangkok many times, and this is the first time I’ve had such an unpleasant massage experience. With this kind of service attitude, it honestly made me not want to leave any tip at all.
Pretty disappointed considering most of the massage outlets along this stretch always hits the spot (literally and figuratively). Came here one night with 3 other people. All chose thai massage for an hour. Standard 250baht. Foot wash water temperature was freezing cold. Was briught uo to the 3rd floor for the thai massage. Masseuse kept talking during the 1hr massage so it was hard to relax or rest. Massage quality was so so. 2 if my friends were happy with theirs. Mine wasn't great and so was another friend. My masseuse felt like she was just going through the motion, not pinpointing at any particular spot. Nice from far but far from nice. Ambience was a little bright for my liking too
Choosed this place because of the crowd from the outside, not check the google review, pay at first before got treatment. Choosed thai massage, at the first, madam gimme the man therapist and i ask for the lady, got the lady and she told me to change my sandals. Foot being clean by her and continue to 3rd floor, body massage area. The mattress closed to each other only covered by curtains. It too noise, sometimes the therapist talk to each other. My therapist massage me with no effort, no power, only rub and wipe, and she doing that while she chewing candy. Always ask, i am okay, i am okay, but no pressure in her massage. This place offer hot stone and free tea but it not help. Dont come here, just waste your money and time.
#footmassage : I choose this place because it has brighter light among others massage place, and its clean also. Choose what kind of massage do you want, foot, whole body, back, etc. Pay at front, you can pay by cash or Alipay. By card, they will charge you 3%. First they will wash your feet with soap, and then massage your foot. They give us blanket to cover our front, its nice touch since the AC feel very cool. And when 10 minutes left, they will massage your shoulder and give hot stone. At the end they serve hot tea for refreshment. Very near with Tofu, and close at 2 AM
I had an awesome massage from Suni from their Ratchatewi branch beside Tofu Skincare. Staff are very accomodating and polite. Will definitely include on my next Bangkok Trip. Ask for Suni in case you come across this Spa :)
After returning to our hotel, the ladies decided to get a manicure and found a nearby place called Siam Heng Heng Thai Massage. At first, I really didn’t want to give this place a 1-star review, but there’s a reason behind it. It was already nighttime, and we had a scheduled late dinner at our hotel. When we found this parlor, we clearly asked if they could cater to both my wife and Hazel at the same time, and the lady (the one holding the placard in the photo) confidently said yes. Because of that, we already planned our time knowing that if both could be done together, we’d still make it for our dinner. So I went back to the hotel to relax while waiting for them. Not long after, my wife called me, and I could tell something was wrong. She told me that despite what they said earlier, they only had one person available to do manicures, meaning they had to take turns. Hazel was already frustrated, and rightly so they shouldn’t have said yes if they couldn’t handle two clients at once. Yes, we could have done it the next day, but the issue is that we planned everything around their confirmation. If we had known they couldn’t cater both, we would have just cancelled it and saved our time for dinner. When I went back to check, it was already late and because of the delay, we almost missed our dinner. Thankfully, the hotel still accommodated us, but we only had around five minutes to eat. It was such a disappointing experience. Both the lady with the placard and the one in the short black polo shirt were the ones involved. Really unfortunate, because if they had just been honest from the start, everything would have gone smoothly. 😞
