Walking distance to Habito Mall. I booked office syndrome massage, which just turned into a very good Thai massage. My very kind and elderly massage therapist was super strong and experienced. Massages are usually pretty good here but my latest experience will be my last. The new male manager was very rude and un-accommodating. I wanted a foot and shoulder massage which is very standard but he insisted on charging me the 1:30 rate for my 1:00 massage. When I said that it wasn’t fair he told me it was fine to never come back! This was all I’m Thai, so nothing was lost in translation.

I’ve been coming to this massage shop for almost 3 years and know almost every masseuse here, even some who have already left. That’s how familiar I am with the place. Unfortunately, today was the second-worst experience I’ve had here. The worst one was quite a while ago, and thankfully that masseuse is no longer with the shop. Today’s session was supposed to be 1 hour (250 THB), but it felt cut short. As someone who’s come here for years, I know all the steps and the usual flow. This time, the therapist skipped several parts, no head massage, and some other steps were clearly missing. It felt rushed and careless, which was really disappointing. The masseuse was the shortest one currently working here, just noting in case the owner sees this and wants to address it. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because as a long-time loyal customer, it’s really upsetting to have such a poor experience in a place I usually trust. I spoke directly with the owner (I was the one who called her), and unfortunately, the experience only got worse. It’s not about the 250 THB refund—the money means nothing to me—but rather about the attitude and lack of professionalism. The owner herself seemed unaware of the proper guidelines or customer service manners. Her attitude made me feel like, “If you don’t like it, just take your money back,” which is not how a loyal customer should be treated after 3 years of support. What shocked me even more was her comment about Chinese customers and discriminatory remarks, which came across as racist. I am truly surprised and disappointed to see this attitude coming from the owner. This whole situation has turned into a very bad experience for me, and it’s sad to see a place I used to trust handle things in this way.

My wife and I booked a 1 hours couple massage and it did not disappoint! Booking was so simple. When we entered, we were greeted by the friendliest staffs. The location is very clean and calming. The massage itselt was FANTASTIC! It was definitely a super interesting experience. The Thai massage was amazing. The masseuse relieved all my knots and left the place feeling like a brand new person!

Actually it’s very convenient and good price if you live nearby. They do the same quantity as T77 ones.
