Worst massage I have ever received. Lazy old lady had no technique whatsoever all she did was rub oil everywhere. All she did was Random movements then she became rude when I asked her to massage with some strength. When I told her to massage specific spots she wouldn’t even do those areas and started to mumble things under her breath in Thai. I ended up leaving 20 minutes through cos it was ridiculous. She then said if I want proper or strong massage I need to pay extra. No where in Thailand have I ever experienced such treatment. Waste of money. Absolutely no customer service, didn’t acknowledge my bad massage, and just ignored me till i kicked up a fuss, they didn’t want to return any money at all, and after arguing with them for 20 minutes they reluctantly decided to give half back. absolutely scam of a place. Read the other negative reviews they all reflect the same experience. Additionally the massage rooms downstairs near the toilet and shower smell like sewerage. So avoid it AVOID.

Chanced upon this massage place while walking back to my hotel on my last night in Bangkok. Decided to give this place a try since it was nearby my accommodation and the many positive reviews about this place. I walked-in without making prior reservation. Surprisingly, there wasn't much customer expect for a few people. They currently running some promotion and i paid 555baht for 90mins of Thai massage. After making payment, i was ushered to wash my leg and was then led to the 3rd level of the shop. The massage are done in cubicle separated by curtains but i believe they have private rooms for people that wished for more privacy. Initially the massage started fine, but the masseur used too much strength and the entire process felt uncomfortable. I repeatedly inform my masseur but to no avil. Apart from that, the place was clean and the ambience was pretty good. Overall, the experience wasn't a too positive. The service from the masseur varies so may give it another try should i stay around this area in the future.

I had a very unsatisfactory experience at this massage shop. The therapist appeared to lack proper technique, relying mostly on applying oil with minimal pressure or structured method. The movements felt inconsistent and did not resemble a professional massage. When I requested firmer pressure and asked for attention to specific areas, my requests were largely ignored. The therapist seemed unwilling to adjust and at times responded in a way that felt dismissive. Due to the overall experience, I decided to end the session about 20 minutes early. At that point, I was told that a stronger or more “proper” massage would require an additional fee, which had not been clearly communicated beforehand. I raised my concerns with staff, but they were initially unresponsive and reluctant to offer any form of compensation. After a prolonged discussion, they agreed to refund only half of the payment. Overall, this was a poor experience, especially compared to the standard of service typically found elsewhere in Thailand. Based on this visit and similar feedback from other reviewers, I would not recommend this place.

Update: came back after one year and omg they got even better! How is that possible that the massage got better lol 😂 the lady who did my elderly mom stretched her and realigned her legs like a physical therapist 😮 she was so good that my mom could walk better just after our massage! Wow! The cookies they serve are also super yummy that we looked for this and took home four bags lol If you’re looking for a fantastic massage this is the place to go! Never disappoints and the therapists are super kind and caring. I felt the love ❤️ First review: Wonderful place… we passed by and were drawn in by the coziness of the interiors. Price was just right for what you get — foot wash before the massage, your own clean private place, expert masseuses and very clean and bright interior. They also give tea service afterwards. Their balm is really good. I had a migraine and it helped me a lot. Will come back!

Probably the best massage I had in BKK. The pressure was perfect and somehow they oil and creme they used just made it feel better than anywhere else. Staff is extremely friendly and not pushy. They listen to your need and recommend what’s best for you. Also the interior is just a perfect mix between Thai and Balinese style, it seems.

I give five stars for the serene atmosphere and overall comfort of this place. My masseur was also as pleasant as she could be, and certainly both attentive and responsive. However, her technique consistent mostly of simply stroking as opposed to the sort of reflexology treatments which I believe to be more therapeutic. However, one day later I'mfeeling great so I'll sticks with my fire star rating.

Good massage, nice service despite the late hours, affordable pricing for the location. All in all I had a satisfactory experience here.

Pretty clean and neat massage center. Massage based, no more :) which is enough. I like the smell as well, nice. Also the tea they served made me feel like I got couple of cbd drops. I like here.

So rude to customer . I stay so long in bangkok ,i went few time this shop ,but first time feel it so rude to me . Some reviews seem to express the same feeling I had. I usually easy person but i‘m frustrated. And they say if want strong must do deep tissue massage 900bhat if not no strong at all ,Thai massage is just basic only . But when i went another massage shop thai massage also can feel strong,and when i request they do strong for me. No massage shop has ever told me that must do deep tissue massage. (Don’t say your meaning is recommended)
