Healthy Sweat! I didn't know mugwort steaming had arrived in Bangkok. Although I knew about it, this was my first time trying mugwort steaming. It's run by former professional soccer players. I took off all my clothes and changed into a poncho that only allowed my head and arms to stick out. I placed the herb container I had chosen beforehand under the chair, and sat down hugging the chair. Five minutes later, I was drenched in sweat. Sweating in a healthy way is great! Highly recommended.
